We have already sold three houses with the help of Vicky Briaire. This is a fantastic real estate agent. Where most agents are primarily concerned with selling a property quickly, her services go further: she delves into the property, both in terms of its atmosphere and feeling, as well as its technical condition, history, and possibilities. For example, she even contacted the municipality to find out if there were opportunities for a b&b in our building. She also works with a professional photographer who also created a beautiful 3D presentation of our home. Vicky is professional, knowledgeable, approachable, flexible, has an enormous network and most importantly (in my opinion): she is authentic (so not a talker). Not only nice for us as sellers but also for interested parties. She really ensures the right match.
