Poor communication,
Broker Wijnands is a pleasant, jovial man who occasionally brought me back down to earth when I lacked patience. He is clear and calm. The ladies in his secretariat also deserve high praise for their service and are always correct and friendly. Requested documents were almost immediately sent.
Contact went reasonably well. Had some bad luck in sales, but this was partly due to the many offers in the area.
Everything went as wished, good consultation when there were buyers. Super realtor. Helping to arrange everything from beginning to end.

Actually, everything went very well. The only thing that could have been better is the brochure. I initially found quite a few typos/spelling mistakes/style errors and even incorrect information about the house in it. After reporting it once, the staff addressed (and corrected) this properly. Called on a Friday for a viewing, the following Tuesday the viewing took place, an offer was made on Wednesday and 2 months later I had the key. Quick, honest and professional. Very satisfied with Frank as the selling real estate agent and the support from the ladies in the office. If I read the negative reviews I cannot relate to them. I was helped quickly and politely without unnecessary details, that's what I like!

ATTENTION: If you complain, you are being extorted and legal action is threatened against bad Google Reviews. What clowns. “The realtor who makes the difference offline” - we can only hope that’s true. After requesting information about a property via the contact form (note a terraced house in Limburg, so really nothing special) - we received an arrogant response stating that we first had to fill out 4 pages of information about ourselves before we could receive additional data. After pointing this out to them, of course, we received no response at all. Very short-sighted all around because one thing is certain: we will never buy or sell a house there - not smart to treat potential customers that way, especially if those customers also have rental properties. A shame that this kind of behavior reinforces all the prejudices about realtors instead of making a good impression once.
I would not let my house be sold or rented through this real estate agency. Very unprofessional treatment/service of potential buyers/renters, like myself. It would become the realtor's character to respond properly to emails. This company has deterred me as a potential renter/buyer and that is obviously not what you are waiting for as a seller/landlord. A pity!
