Poor communication,
Broker Wijnands is a pleasant, jovial man who occasionally brought me back down to earth when I lacked patience. He is clear and calm. The ladies in his secretariat also deserve high praise for their service and are always correct and friendly. Requested documents were almost immediately sent.
Contact went reasonably well. Had some bad luck in sales, but this was partly due to the many offers in the area.
Everything went as wished, good consultation when there were buyers. Super realtor. Helping to arrange everything from beginning to end.

Actually, everything went very well. The only thing that could have been better is the brochure. I initially found quite a few typos/spelling mistakes/style errors and even incorrect information about the house in it. After reporting it once, the staff addressed (and corrected) this properly. Called on a Friday for a viewing, the following Tuesday the viewing took place, an offer was made on Wednesday and 2 months later I had the key. Quick, honest and professional. Very satisfied with Frank as the selling real estate agent and the support from the ladies in the office. If I read the negative reviews I cannot relate to them. I was helped quickly and politely without unnecessary details, that's what I like!
We were given particularly good and personal assistance by Frank Wiertz and his team during a house sale in difficult circumstances. Everything around the sale is good, professionally arranged, and additionally, time was taken to help with related matters as well. More than you would expect from a real estate agent.

Snel, adequaat en accuraat! 3 kernwoorden die deze makelaar op het lijf geschreven staan. De service en snelheid van afhandelen, responderen en acteren is buitengewoon goed te noemen. Ik zou willen dat ieder bedrijf zo acteert als Peters, Wiertz en Wijnands Makelaardij.

Prettige, persoonlijke en snelle manier van omgang betreffende communicatie met de benodigde vakkennis. Je voelt direct aan dat de heren een behoorlijke tijd ervaring hebben opgelopen. De dames achter de receptie maken door hun vriendelijkheid direct de dag een stuk vrolijker. Hartelijk dank voor de samenwerking!
Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de service en kwaliteit van deze makelaardij. Door hun snelle en kwalitatief goede service hebben we binnen een week mijn appartement kunnen verkopen. LET OP: Bij klachten word je afgeperst en wordt er met juridische stappen gedreigd tegen slechte Google Reviews. Wat een clowns. “De makelaar, die offline het verschil maakt” - dat is dan maar te hopen. Na via het contactformulier informatie over een woning te hebben opgevraagd (nb een rijtjeshuis in Limburg, dus nou werkelijk niks bijzonders) - kregen we een hooghartige reactie met de mededeling dat wij eerst 4 pagina’s aan informatie over onszelf dienden in te vullen alvorens wij extra gegevens konden ontvangen. Nadat wij hen daarop geattendeerd hadden kregen we natuurlijk helemaal geen reactie. Erg kortzichtig allemaal want één ding is zeker: daar gaan wij dus nooit een huis kopen of verkopen - niet handig om potentiële klanten op die manier te bejegenen, zeker als die klanten ook nog over verhuurobjecten beschikken. Jammer, dat dit soort gedrag weer alle vooroordelen over makelaars bevestigt ipv een keer een goede indruk te maken.
Ik zou niet mijn huis laten verkopen of verhuren door deze makelaardij. Zeer onprofessionele behandeling/service van potentiële kopers/huurders, zoals ik zelf. Het zou de makelaar sieren fatsoenlijk te reageren op e-mails. Dit bedrijf heeft mij als potentiële huurder/koper afgeschrikt en dat is uiteraard niet waar je op zit te wachten als verkoper/verhuurder. Erg jammer!!
