Bewust gezocht naar een makelaar met kennis en liefde voor het Lloyd Kwartier. Herjan is een echte vakman. Samen met Angelique van het kantoor en mij werd een appgroep aangemaakt waar we alle informatie direct met elkaar konden delen. Communicatie verliep op deze manier erg goed. Deze makelaar doet echt een stap meer!
In een lastige woningmarkt heb je mensen nodig op wie je kunt bouwen, en dat zijn Tom en Priscilla absoluut voor ons geweest. Een huis voor het eerst verkopen is best spannend, maar vanaf het eerste moment gaven Tom en Priscilla ons alle vertrouwen. Ze zijn niet alleen ontzettend deskundig, maar ook nog eens ontzettend betrokken. Zij waren altijd bereikbaar voor onze lastige vragen (en dat waren er nogal wat). Dankzij hun deskundige hulp is onze woning succesvol verkocht. Ontzettend bedankt voor alles!

Preview op de soicials, daarna uitgebreider op de socials, dan de eigen site en als laatste op Funda. Dat laatste was toen feitelijk al niet meer nodig. De eerste teaser leidde al tot een vol eerste bezichtigingsblok. Echt een makelaar die weet hoe de markt op dit moment werkt. Een absolute aanrader.
