Unfortunately a less positive experience with Rdam Makelaars. Called to schedule a viewing but the phone was not answered multiple times. Afterwards, an email was sent requesting to schedule a viewing, a response was received with options and we responded to that. Unfortunately, no confirmation or further response was ever received, and they were unreachable by phone again.

We bought a house, where they were the selling real estate agent. Very friendly people and very helpful. If we ever sell our house, we will think of them. After the purchase of the house, Kevin and Kim neatly handled a number of small matters for us.

They offer housing for €157,500 while already knowing that it cannot be sold for less than €170,000 from the owner. To the question: 'Why then?' they answer that they want to attract many viewers from a lower segment. Proudly, it is said that there have been 20 viewers alone today. Write 'bieden vanaf prijs' (bid starting price) or tell the viewers honestly beforehand, because now you are offering something for a price at which it will not be sold anyway and that is simply fraud. Total waste of time. Also, those 20 people are scheduled close together, because in 10 minutes we have the viewer in front of us and the one after us, so real consideration for corona is also not included.

Kevin Pieters van Rdam Real Estate Agents is reliable and friendly, actively thinks along and is pleasant to deal with. The advantage of this small office is that we always had direct contact with him, so the communication was quick and clear. As testamentary executors, we did not have any worries during the entire process, while the whole sale did experience some bumps, with 4 good charities as heirs and an implicit wish of the deceased. Mr. Pieters guided us very respectfully and at a proper pace.
