Poor communication and does not keep appointments.

Bad experience with handover (both times) and also the contact is extremely difficult. Upon receiving the keys, agreements were not kept. A professional cleaning was supposed to take place, but there were still food remnants on the floor, mold in the refrigerator and bathroom, and leftover food in cupboards. The installer for the central heating boiler came for the annual inspection, pointed out that these boilers are incredibly dangerous and advised replacing them. This was reported, but nothing was done about it. They were even contradicted. When handing over the apartment, a deposit is withheld without a legally valid reason. To this day, no proof of 'damage incurred' has been seen. A bad experience in every area, a shame because the apartment was very pleasant to live in.

Really don't go into business with them, not a nice broker! Totally no pleasant experience with them, sluggish contact and doesn't keep appointments.

They have poor to almost no communication with tenants, are difficult to reach, charge too much in service costs, fail to send annual reports and fulfill their task as a property manager. Strongly not recommended!

A pleasant way of selling for me too. Honest above all. I don't quickly give a full ten, but she’s close to it. I would certainly choose her.

My viewing appointment was canceled on short notice and unexpectedly without a clear reason. When I wanted to introduce myself personally, with all the documents (which they had already received) in my luggage (income statements, proof of identity, CV, etc.), I was resolutely rejected 'because I have two companies abroad'. Ms. Westerdijk behaved arrogantly towards me, showed no interest in my concerns and refused to contact the director. Despite my reliable references and openness about my economic connections, they did not take me seriously. I am active myself in the financial sector and have worked with various brokers, but I have never experienced such arrogance!

His knowledge is broad, both in the field of seagoing ships, historical ships and recreational yachts. For our ship, a seagoing vessel, quite a bit is involved regarding laws and regulations, the CVO (Maritime Qualification), a sea certificate and matters concerning the land registry. It turned out that this was very realistic. There was already a buyer for the ship very quickly and ultimately sold quickly. Luc also knew exactly how to assess which matters could be discussed directly between the seller and buyer and which he himself had to mediate. In the period between signing the preliminary purchase agreement and passing at the notary, there were also advices regarding choice of shipyard for drydocking, choice of new suitable berth for the new owner. Four years ago again, bought a beautiful charter klipper here. Very skilled and friendly assistance from Luc throughout the entire process. After the purchase, still received a wonderful book and had a beer with Luc and the seller.

Jakobina is a Hasselteraak of 25 x 5 meters where I completed the restoration from zero to a modern, light and sleekly fitted-out ship. After 15 years of happy occupancy, selling your ship is not a simple matter.
