Eduardo heeft duidelijk toegang tot een groot netwerk van verhuisbedrijven, waardoor je als verhuurder toegang krijgt tot kwalitatief goede huurders. Daarnaast had ik zelf wat problemen met de aannemer die bepaalde details in het appartement aan het afwerken was. Het team van Hausing heeft me door dit proces heen geholpen – wat voor iedereen frustrerend was. Ik heb een aantal negatieve recensies gelezen en wil benadrukken dat er in deze branche nu eenmaal dingen misgaan. De vraag is hoe je daarop reageert. Door hem ben ik 30.000 euro kwijtgeraakt, hij heeft de technische staat van de woning die ik kocht niet gecontroleerd, hij heeft de gebreken van de woning voor mij verzwegen, hij beloofde een half jaar lang dat hij mijn oude woning zou verkopen en deed daarna bijna niets. Door hem ben ik tijd en geld kwijtgeraakt. Ik heb de overeenkomst volgens de wet ontbonden, omdat hij zijn verplichtingen verzaakte. Dit kost me tot nu toe veel stress, omdat deze makelaar me nog steeds lastigvalt en veel geld eist, en me allerlei facturen stuurt. Deze makelaar is een nachtmerrie waar je moeilijk vanaf komt. Bovendien is hij erg duur, en zijn diensten zijn dat geld niet waard.
