Unprofessional realtor. The realtor indicated weeks in advance by phone that nobody wanted the property and then scheduled a viewing with me for Friday. I was, of course, looking forward to the viewing, and on the MORNING itself of the viewing, they emailed me that it had been sold directly without any possibility of making a bid or having viewed the house yet. Now that's what I call very unprofessional! How can you work like this?

Enorm bad/confusing communication, the receptionist gives completely different info/answers than Mr. Ferry. Documents go missing, things run alongside each other and as a customer you are just a number here. One star is for Laura, who is top-notch and has her communication in order. We would rather have nothing more to do with the rest of the place.

The real estate agency shares new rental properties via various WhatsApp groups. They say that if we are interested in the houses, we can send the documents privately via WhatsApp. They never respond. We send our documents, which contain a lot of private information, and they don't even respond, whether or not they have received them. It is not a reliable real estate agency.

The worst realtor. He almost never contacts us, we have to call him. In March, we completed all the documents to buy a house, we only needed to sign the purchase agreement and that took two months. Ultimately, we did not buy the house because they never contacted us. The seller of the property would be in Dubai and he couldn't get things sorted out faster in two months, come on. And furthermore, it requests the financing to be completed two weeks earlier than expected. Really bad service

A MONEY-ORIENTED company this is!!! If you have decided to cancel at the last moment, they will still suppress you to pay for the so-called work that they have performed in the meantime. In addition, you must thoroughly inspect the property to see if everything is correct or working because once you are there, you are seriously screwed! For example: due to lack of ventilation, mold appears, and there was also too little heating in the property, making it extra cold in winter. Finally, read your contract carefully before signing because the LAW is followed according to the book but still the agreements are not met. My contract was suddenly terminated 6 weeks before renewal because the building was allegedly sold while new viewings already took place during my move. More than 6 weeks later, there has been no refund of the deposit or email received. Advice: DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH CITY RENTAL!

I placed my search request online via their website and a few days later I received a message with photos and videos of an apartment that matched my wishes and budget. Within 48 hours they arranged a physical viewing and I signed the contract. It's not exactly a real estate agent, they only maintain contacts between landlords and prospective tenants, but do carry out the property inspection and hand over the keys. Emy is very friendly and has been super helpful in booking the registration appointment. Overall good experiences with their services.

This owner (David) rents to foreign students who were not familiar with Dutch law. He therefore takes advantage of the opportunity to subject them to his own rules. Do not expect technical support if something goes wrong, as they avoid their responsibilities. On the other hand, he knows how to be disrespectful when we, for example, insist on a repair. Finally, do not wait until you receive your full deposit back. He waits until the student has returned to their country to give back only part of it. They are renting out apartments that are managed by fraudsters. Be careful of agencies. The owners do not provide advance payments for bills. Be especially cautious with the apartment on Strevelsweg, managed by owner David, an exceptional fraudster. I paid 2400e for a year of bills, 200e per month. I actually used utilities worth 1700 euros. He did not return the 700e to me and does not want to send the bills. Think twice if you don't want to lose money.
