I really don't understand these negative reviews... I've been renting here for three years and have never had any problems. If I do have problems, I call and always get help. Honestly, they are truly one of the best real estate agents in the Netherlands.

On November 4th, I had an appointment for a rental property at 6:00 PM. They called me at 5:00 PM and indicated that the appointment was rescheduled for next Monday (11/11) at 6:00 PM. On Monday, they called me again at 3:00 PM and indicated that the appointment was rescheduled to Friday (15/11) because people needed time to figure things out. I agreed. I asked each time if I could see the house but they always had something to say and lie about the house. On Friday, they called me again saying the appointment was rescheduled to Monday (18/11) at 6:00 PM. I agreed again and said that if Monday didn't work out, I wanted my deposit back and they agreed to this. On Monday (18/11), they called me again and said they didn't have the keys etc. I thanked them for their trouble (while they were lying and playing with my time and money, I was very nice to them) and asked for my money back. They said I would get the money back on Friday, even though I had indicated 3 days prior that if Monday didn't work out, I wanted my money back but okay, I agreed again. Today is November 25th and I have not received my money. They are liars, don't believe them, they call from fake numbers and give false names, and everyone blames someone else. Very unprofessional, unreliable behavior

They say that if we are interested in the houses, we can send the documents privately via WhatsApp. They never respond. We send our documents, which contain a lot of private information, and they don't even respond, whether or not they have received them. It is not a reliable real estate agency.

The worst realtor. He almost never contacts us, we have to call him. In March, we completed all the documents to buy a house, we only needed to sign the purchase agreement and that took two months. Ultimately, we did not buy the house because they never contacted us. The seller of the property would be in Dubai and he couldn't get things sorted out faster in two months, come on. And furthermore, it requests the financing to be completed two weeks earlier than expected. Really bad service

David, the owner, runs this agency to find tenants for his own property. He does not respect the privacy of the tenants, is disrespectful and only returned the deposit after receiving a letter from my lawyer. I would stay away from this agency.

Ze lieten me meerdere appartementen zien en met hun hulp vond ik het perfecte appartement. Ze begeleidden me door elke stap van het proces, van begin tot eind. Ik ben erg tevreden over de service en kan ze van harte aanbevelen!

A MONEY-ORIENTED company this is!!! If you have decided to cancel at the last moment, they will still suppress you to pay for the so-called work that they have performed in the meantime. In addition, you must thoroughly inspect the property to see if everything is correct or working because once you are there, you are seriously screwed! For example: due to lack of ventilation, mold appears, and there was also too little heating in the property, making it extra cold in winter. Finally, read your contract carefully before signing because the LAW is followed according to the book but still the agreements are not met. My contract was suddenly terminated 6 weeks before renewal because the building was allegedly sold while new viewings already took place during my move. More than 6 weeks later, there has been no refund of the deposit or email received. Advice: DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH CITY RENTAL!

For months I was unsuccessfully looking for an apartment and visited viewings, before I eventually engaged the services of City Rental. I placed my search request online via their website and a few days later I received a message with photos and videos of an apartment that met my wishes and budget. Within 48 hours they arranged a physical viewing and I signed the contract. It's not exactly a real estate agent, because they only mediate between landlords and potential tenants, but they do inspect the property and hand over the keys. Emy is very friendly and helped me enormously with making the appointment for registration. Overall, I have had a good experience with their services.

This landlord (David) rents to foreign students who are not familiar with Dutch law. He abuses this situation to subject them to his own rules. Furthermore, do not expect technical support in case of problems, as he avoids his responsibilities. On the other hand, he can be disrespectful if you, for example, insist on a repair. Finally, do not wait until you receive your full deposit back. He waits until the student returns to their country to return only part of it. He knows that the student has no possibility to complain. Worst mediation agency ever. They do not comply with Dutch legislation (for example, the maximum number of people per house). They don't respond quickly when you have a problem and are disrespectful towards tenants. Ze verhuren appartementen die beheerd worden door oplichters. Pas op voor makelaars. De eigenaren betalen geen voorschotten op rekeningen. Wees vooral voorzichtig met het appartement aan de Strevelsweg, beheerd door eigenaar David, een uitzonderlijke oplichter. Ik betaalde 2400 euro voor een jaar aan rekeningen, 200 euro per maand. Ik heb in werkelijkheid 1700 euro aan nutsvoorzieningen verbruikt. Hij heeft me de 700 euro niet terugbetaald en wil de rekeningen niet sturen. Denk twee keer na als je geen geld wilt verliezen.

Zeer goede service. Ze zijn erg professioneel en vriendelijk. Ik zou hun diensten zeker aanbevelen bij het zoeken naar een nieuw huis.
