Ik heb de kans gehad om met JTMD te praten over biedingsadvies voor een appartement in Amsterdam. Ik was nieuw in de wereld van vastgoed kopen in Nederland. Ze hebben me heel goed begeleid, geheel kosteloos. Ik waardeer hun advies enorm en de manier waarop ze alles uitlegden is erg motiverend voor mensen om zelf een bod uit te brengen.

Keeping appointments, that's not the problem. But how the agreements are made is. Unfortunately, my house was evicted because the reason was “urgent self-use”. jtmd agreed with this. This is not the case, the house is being rented by someone else. Tip for anyone who ever does business with these people, things won’t go as they should. Be warned!

They are almost 24/7 available for me and have helped me a lot, also since the beginning of the corona period. Despite financial problems we always found a solution.
