Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over Q-Bus! Vanaf het eerste contact tot aan de afronding verliep alles zeer professioneel en prettig. Wat er voor ons echt uitsprong, was de communicatie: we werden bij elke stap in het proces duidelijk en tijdig op de hoogte gehouden. Dat gaf veel vertrouwen en rust. Ook de afhandeling en afronding waren keurig geregeld. Alles verliep soepel en volgens afspraak. We kijken terug op een fijne samenwerking en kunnen dit kantoor zeker aanbevelen aan anderen.

During our search for a house in Bergen, we thought we had bought a property where Q-Bus was the selling broker. The offer was accepted and confirmed via email. After a few days with no purchase agreement, we called the selling broker who casually mentioned that the sellers had found another buyer anyway. We inquired through various channels with the sellers, who told us that the broker had said we would never have heard back from them. Extremely bad experience, therefore. Apparently those extra euros of commission are more important than acting properly.

We were interested in a beautiful house with a thatched roof in Schoorl. I asked some critical questions and the answers were somewhat evasive. In any case, no clear answer. A name was mentioned of a thatcher but further investigation revealed that this thatcher had only drawn up a quote. Specific questions were sent by email to the real estate agent because you don't buy a house every day. No response was received and a few days later the property was already sold. We weren't even included [in the process] and couldn’t make an offer. Apparently I asked too many questions. I was also treated very unprofessionally on the phone. I will not do business with q-bus again.

Definitely not recommended. We had an appraisal carried out by this company for the sale of our house. The report that was returned was below par and contained a number of errors. Furthermore, we did not agree with the appraised value and on what basis the appraiser had based it. This was pointed out but the appraiser didn't want to correct the mistakes and seemed primarily interested in payment.

I came through acquaintances to Rene de Ruiter of HAL makelaardij. In the spring of 2020, HAL Makelaardij took my house for sale and there was a very pleasant atmosphere from the first moment. Toen we een bod uit brachten per mail kregen we via via te horen dat de verkoper het bod niet had ontvangen, na een telefoontje bleek ons bod in de spam bij hun te zijn gekomen. Hun zouden het bod doorsturen maar hebben daarna nooit meer iets vernomen…. Later de reviews gelezen en alles klopt wel, makelaar denkt dat het huis zichzelf wel verkoopt…

De bezichtiging bij deze makelaar was voldoende. Het ging helaas mis via de mail. Na de bezichtiging hebben wij een bod gedaan die blijkbaar niet was binnengekomen en toen wij daarom vroegen werd aangegeven door Winnie dat de mail "misschien" wel in de spambox was terecht gekomen? Maar het mailtje dat ik daarna via funda zelf stuurde kwam wel binnen, maar omdat de woning inmiddels verkocht was voelde zij niet de noodzaak om netjes terug te mailen. Een beetje vriendelijkheid of after service zou op ze plek zijn hier.
