Ik vind het jammer dat de afspraken niet worden nagekomen.

Als je het Zuiderdiep 59 in 2e Exloërmond wil kopen zou je zomaar een fors asbestrisico kunnen lopen. En deze makelaar helpt je niet om als koper dat risico helder te krijgen. Integendeel!

Onbetrouwbare Makelaar. Verteld tijdens de bezichtiging prachtige verhalen. Als je een paar dagen later om meer informatie vraagt blijkt dat een zeer essentiële bouwkundige aspect absoluut niet kloppen. Op de vraag of hij toch een onderbouwing voor dit punt kan aanleveren. Antwoord hij dat hij dit zal opvragen bij de verkoper. De koopprijs en voorwaarden met de Makelaar besproken. Hij gaat hiermee naar de verkopende partij, zegt hij. Vervolgens staat de volgende ochtend op Funda dat de woning 'Onder bod' is. Dus denken wij dat dit ons bod is en wachten we op uitsluitsel van de Makelaar m.b.t. het bouwkundig aspect. Er is volledige radiostilte en horen niets van de Makelaar. Na 2 weken toch maar eens de Makelaar bellen. Tot onze grote verbazing is de woning verkocht. Alleen niet aan ons. Blijkbaar speelt deze Makelaar aspirant kopers tegen elkaar uit, in zijn avond belronde. Hij geeft de verkopende partij de schuld omdat deze geen bewijs kan aanleveren. Echter de makelaar heeft zelf een verhaal verzonnen. In het gesprek om opheldering komt de Makelaar weer een "bijzonder verhaal" en geeft vervolgens de verkopende partij schuld. Nu komt hij achteraf met excuses omdat hij verzuimt had ons te bellen. Echter maakt hij geen excuses voor zijn gedraai en onwaarheden.

Uitstekend geholpen door de makelaar. Het contact verliep vlot en op een prettige manier. Ook buiten kantoortijden was het mogelijk om zaken met elkaar af te stemmen wat heeft geholpen bij een voorspoedige verkoop.

Het contact verliep prima. Ook buiten werkuren bereikbaar. De secretaresse is ook erg kundig. Prima makelaardij.

Amicaal en zorgzaam. Door ziekte konden wij in eerste instantie niet persoonlijk met de heer Schiphuis overleggen, maar het was voor hem geen probleem om bij ons langs te komen.

Vakbekwame makelaar. Komt zijn afspraken na en is oplossingsgericht. Het kantoor is goed bereikbaar en de medewerkers zorgen dat alles tot in de puntjes wordt afgewerkt..
