There is a minus point. When the house was sold on paper, an appraisal report was drawn up for the new owner by an external real estate agent. At that moment, the appraiser wanted to view the house without us knowing. They had received the key from the selling realtor (Kral-Westen). This was not communicated to us. Very sloppy.

The VvE has been a customer of Kral-Westen for years and that to full satisfaction. Claims are handled quickly and the payment is very fast. We hope to remain with them for many more years with our insurance policies. This concerns the branch in Stadskanaal.
