Ruud and Chanel arranged almost everything from A to Z for us after our property became available while we were on vacation. For several years now, we have been using Makelaarshuis Zaanstad for the rental of our homes in Amsterdam. Ruud and Chanel are very professional and, in addition to good advice, the rentals also go very quickly. They rented out 2 properties for us in just 2 weeks two months ago. All tenants are serious people because they are carefully selected. We have been renting for a long time and have never come across such a good real estate agency.
