Hello! I had a fantastic experience with Irina and Alex in finding my apartment. Below are the reasons why I can wholeheartedly recommend Orange Wonen: 1. They respond very quickly to questions about the procedure and the required assistance. 2. They did everything possible to expedite my check-in date (something you do not expect from other real estate agencies). 3. Handling the documentation via e-mail was very easy and the check-in procedure was problem-free. 4. They helped with the water, electricity, and gas connections and the house also had wifi. I only needed to move in; everything was already arranged. When I was looking for an apartment, many real estate agencies hardly responded, because there are so many people looking and it is easy to forget to reply to e-mails. But the team from Orange Wonen always responded and kept me informed about the progress. I greatly appreciate that from this team. Today I received my keys for a rental property from Orange Wonen Makelaars. It doesn't happen often that I feel compelled to write a review, but dealing with Irina and her husband was truly fantastic. After living abroad for several years, I was nervous about renting and had noticed that most real estate agents had a rather aloof attitude towards my needs. It was essentially take it or leave it and virtually no understanding of what I was trying to achieve. During the viewing of the apartment we subsequently rented, we were initially shown around by Alex, who I believe is the owner of Orange Wonen Makerlaars together with Irina who helped us make a well-considered decision without any pressure. Her attention to detail and relaxed manner was a pleasant change from other agents we had met and her advice was well thought out and unbiased. From the moment of the first viewing of the apartment and ultimately receiving the keys. All in all, a true pleasure to deal with.

It is generally known how difficult it is to get a response from a real estate agent when looking for a home in Amsterdam. Orange Wonen, however, responded immediately to our request for one of their homes. Irina guided us through the entire process and helped us actually get the home from the landlord. We met them just when we had almost given up hope of finding a home. We can't thank them enough. When our current contract expires, we know we don't have to worry, because we have a real estate agent who will help us again in finding the home that best suits us.

I had a very good experience with Orange Wonen. Irina always responded quickly and kindly and answered all my questions. It wasn't a problem to reschedule the key handover when my travel plans unexpectedly changed. Thank you very much!

Beautiful photos, appealing texts and excellent advice about the rental price and how to deal with tenants. If you have questions, they are always ready. Irina: Not at all helpful. The worst experience an expat can have. You're better off talking to someone else. No employment contract? Then you won't get any living space, NOT even if you offer to pay 3-6 months in advance (6 months is the minimal rental period in many cases). Advance payment = YOU GET THE MONEY. Employment contract =? Is that a guarantee? It could be, but is it a better guarantee than cash upfront? By the way: the advertisement is still online (after 1 month and 10 days), despite the fact that 'many people inform'. Also: the advertisement is quite brief, I've already received a lot of questions... No real explanation for the rejection, I felt a bit discriminated against. Irina, 'the real professional', has lost reliable tenants and is still losing them. That's bad for the business, isn't it? I feel sorry for the landlord. I really hope you get the rent, Irina, you still have a lot to learn about this profession.

Irina is ons enorm tot steun geweest. We kwamen bij Orange Wonen terecht toen we (bijna) de hoop hadden opgegeven om binnen de kortst mogelijke tijd een fatsoenlijke accommodatie te vinden. Irina reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen, vanaf de eerste afspraak tot aan het inchecken en zelfs daarna zorgde ze ervoor dat we ons goed geïnstalleerd voelden. Dit is dus niet zomaar een recensie voor Orange Wonen, maar een blijk van waardering voor deze fantastische persoon die ons leven in Nederland een stuk makkelijker heeft gemaakt. Complimenten aan Orange Wonen!

Starting a life in another country is no easy task, but Irina and Alex do everything they can to help us in this adventure. They are always willing to provide detailed answers to our questions within an impressive time frame. Dealing with rental agencies in the Netherlands can be very difficult and it's almost impossible to get the right attention, but with Orange Wonen I feel that they know there is also a life on the other side and therefore they will always be my first choice if I need to rent or buy another apartment/house.

Top experience! Evenings and weekends were also made time for a viewing! Easy, personal and quick communication via Whatsapp as well. From the viewing to the move, everything took us two weeks. Super service. Everywhere you pay a lot of money as a tenant for mediation, keys, administrative costs etc. Orange Wonen works differently, because the landlord pays for the service and not the tenant. This makes finding a home affordable again. Very happy with this organization.
