Immediately after the first appointment he wants to transfer the money completely, and during our offer he is no longer reachable, he didn't answer when we called and messages were also not answered, so we didn't know what to do, after a few days he sent a message that he was on vacation...so in the meantime the house was underbid, and then they no longer trusted him, this time we offered a house ourselves and it was accepted, and we let him know so that he can help us further, again unreachable that time and then he said his agenda is full, so we decided to terminate and request our money back, and I heard from him that we could forget about that, I'll say just shove the money up his rear and drop dead !! I have no words for this, it was 3200 euro.😢😢

Waiting for the refund of my cancelled contract for over 4+ months. After repeatedly receiving poor service when submitting a bid (my bid was submitted too late and not taken into account!). Sick, flu, accountant - all excuses.

Although we were satisfied with the advice and guidance from Rob when purchasing our first house, the experience with our second house was downright bad. After the purchase, it turned out that 35,000 euros too little mortgage had been requested, forcing us to cover this amount ourselves. To get our money back, we were forced to take out a new loan at a significantly higher interest rate. Rob refused to take responsibility. We could never have prevented the mistake ourselves, because the 35,000 shortfall was only visible in a document in his system that we had never seen before. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls, and he only answers if you call from an unknown number. After a long battle, we finally ended it with great dissatisfaction. More than 14 months after the purchase, we discovered that the appraisal invoice had never been paid. This should have actually appeared on the final statement with the notary. This entire experience with Rob has cost us tremendous stress, time and money. We look back on this period with deep disappointment.

We have been very satisfied with the services of Bakker Advies for years. Again now during the purchase and sale process of our house. Although there were some issues during the purchase of our house, completely outside his fault, he really did everything to get it done anyway but unfortunately…. Hats off! So Bakker Advies is recommended!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Spent 14 months working with a second mortgage. Rob Bakker is not available by phone, forward email 1 to 1 from the lender. You have to chase things yourself because yes, industry jargon?! And what do you even need to submit??. He repeatedly fails to review the documents we provide and you hear 5 weeks later that a box wasn't ticked. That could continue for a while. And through our experience, we now also know that we are not the only ones who are dissatisfied with his unprofessional work and negligence. But above all, his unavailability has caused so much frustration. Once paid (because yes, he does pursue his own money) customer friendliness is nowhere to be found.

A promise is a debt, but not in Mr. Bakker's case. If you don't do business with him, you'll still lose about 20 percent of your investment.

Dramatic realtor. Was called for a viewing. Appointment made, I was neatly on time but nobody showed up. They didn't let me know anything. Then after an hour I suddenly receive a phone call that they had forgotten and want to make a new appointment. Never heard from them again. I don’t do business with people like this. Too bad I can't give 0 stars

Difficult to reach, they don't respond to voicemails and their website is totally not up to date. I was told I could better use Funda to know what their offering is. Not really a great way to promote your own business...

Don't do business with this realtor! Firstly, he was late for the viewing. Secondly, it was very difficult to reach this realtor by phone or email. He simply ignores your voicemails and emails. Furthermore, he wasn't transparent about the bidding process either. Subsequently, I placed a bid on the viewed house. There was no feedback whatsoever. Waited over two weeks and called in between, but then there was a vague story that contacting the seller was difficult. Ultimately, I heard that the offer had been rejected and that there was also no room for negotiation anymore because they had already agreed to another offer. Very strange, because we had more than 2 weeks to negotiate, but we never got that chance. Again, think twice before doing business with this realtor. He won't help you forward, he will only obstruct you.

This realtor did not serve us as potential buyers in our request to do a viewing. When we, a month later, put on our brave faces and approached the sellers ourselves, it turned out that the property was simply available. The sellers were happy that we had taken initiative ourselves.
