In an exciting yet sometimes confusing search for a new home, there is nothing better than having people around you who truly understand you. And they did, every single one of them. Marloes, Pim and Boudewijn… what a wonderful buying team. Each with their own strength, but all equally warm, knowledgeable, patient and involved. They really listened to what I was looking for, thought along (even outside the beaten path). They were always honest, even when a house simply wasn’t it. Date unknownDear Rob Hagen, I would like to revisit your response because this doesn't sit well with me. We made an offer on a property and increased our bid twice. We were supposed to receive a call back on Monday, but that didn’t happen, even though I called your office twice that day to inquire if there was any more information. According to the assistant, we were supposed to be called back that day. That also wasn't done. We understand it is busy, but we do expect a phone call when it is said that a call will be made that day. The sellers wanted more time, which is absolutely fine, but it would have been nice to know. Also, it doesn’t matter to us at all that they ultimately chose other buyers because we want everyone to experience that happiness. I also find it very strange that you wrote on Google that I threatened to leave a negative review on Google, which we NEVER did. Furthermore, I NEVER said that you should inform us of the bid. The staff at Vrieling Makelaars are approachable, easy to contact, and willing to think along. It does not matter who you speak with at the office, they are aware of the current situation. At the location where the home was sold, you see almost only Vrieling signs and that creates confidence in a good outcome given the very local knowledge this real estate agency has about the property. Initially, I was hesitant because it is a realtor in Hoekse Waard and an office in the center of Rotterdam. But this suspicion turned out to be groundless and unnecessary. Especially the approachable and personal contact would make me choose Vrieling Makelaars again in the future.

With the enormous number of applicants, the realtor managed to have as many people as possible view the property in a short time. The staff at the office are also always friendly and enthusiastic!

31 May 2025Francis, Cilesta and the rest of the Nolten team really helped us excellently, both as a buyer's agent and as a seller's agent. As far as we are concerned, a real estate agency with a heart in the right place. No smooth talk but an honest story. When buying our dream house, Francis removed a lot of worries and unrest from us. In our case, we already had the house in mind ourselves, but because of the good connection at the beginning stage of selling, we also enlisted Francis for the purchase. We have not regretted that. Very pleasant collaboration, and after good preparation, we bid with confidence. Successfully! Francis is skilled, sincere, respectful to others and has a nice dose of humor. In the subsequent sale of our old house, the rest of the Nolten team came into the picture. Here we had a lot to do with Cilesta. She also brought a lot of peace, came up with good advice, arranged everything down to the last detail, that was really pleasant collaboration. The beautiful photo, video and 360-degree presentation of the house was taken care of by Yaron. We sold our house quickly and successfully. The only disadvantage I can think of is that their personal attention has to be divided among multiple clients due to the small team. They are always busy. That sometimes requires a little patience in communication. But despite that, we would choose Nolten again without hesitation. In short: recommended as far as we are concerned!
