Hij kent de lokale markt heel goed wat resulteerde in een wat later bleek een juist advies voor de vraagprijs. De afwikkeling van het verdere proces werd gedaan door Ralph. Die deed dat netjes. Was accuraat, informatief en beantwoordde gestelde vragen vlot en goed. Ons huis was binnen enkele weken verkocht voor een goede prijs. Wij kunnen VMK zeker aanbevelen.

In an exciting yet sometimes confusing search for a new home, there is nothing better than having people around you who truly understand you. And they did, every single one of them. Marloes, Pim and Boudewijn… what a wonderful buying team. Each with their own strength, but all equally warm, knowledgeable, patient and involved. The staff at Vrieling Makelaars are approachable, easy to contact, and willing to think along. It does not matter who you speak with at the office, they are aware of the current situation. At the location where the home was sold, you see almost only Vrieling signs and that creates confidence in a good outcome given the very local knowledge this real estate agency has about the property. Initially, I was hesitant because it is a realtor in Hoekse Waard and an office in the center of Rotterdam. But this suspicion turned out to be groundless and unnecessary. Especially the approachable and personal contact would make me choose Vrieling Makelaars again in the future.

And how glad we are that we did this! Patrick helped us enormously and within 2 to 3 months, we suddenly found ourselves with the key to the front door of our new dream home. We were completely new to the buying process but Patrick guided us with great patience, warmth, and good humor. He had clear expertise about the housing market and gave us good advice, for example on the condition of houses or placing an offer.
