This company makes appointments and doesn't follow through on them. After sending emails for 4-5 months stating that payment is still due for the services rendered, there is simply no response and the photos are used without responding to their emails. Deeply and deeply sad. This concerns an amount of €820,- excluding VAT and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. So it's not very convenient to react publicly here.

Hello, I am a recent customer of this company and we have worked with them for a year. After we had fulfilled all contractual clauses, we would leave this house. In the contract we had with them, it stated that we had to return the deposit within a maximum of one month. It is true that they only needed to repair two things in this house, but they took more than four months to do so. We had to call them every day to ask where our money was, and they told us the same excuses every day, and that was so frustrating. And all of that after we had to deal with what I think is the boss of whoever we were treating, 'Adrien'. We had once made an appointment with them and the reason was that they wanted to come into our house to take photos (even if we weren't there) because they wanted to sell it. There we saw something surrealistic that I have ever seen: he screamed like a child (we are talking about a man, I don't know, around 80 years old or so) and threw us out. The most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I hope you never work with them.

Hello, I recently had an experience with this company. Last year I rented a house from this 'company'. I could prove that I always adhered to the payment deadlines and that the house looked much better and cleaner when we left than when we arrived. The past month they had no more interest in us and after moving out it took 5 months before they returned our deposit (they had calculated €600 for replacing a window of 50*50 cm and a tile of 10*10 cm). It is also noteworthy that the so-called 'boss' of the 'company' is a very rude and unfriendly man who treats a few men who always behave properly.
