Through Funda I found a house in Lelystad, an activity planned and two weeks ago I left a phone message, but unfortunately still no response by email and no phone call. I think that real estate agent Kanto needs to learn more and should serve clients better. I found the agency worthless.

ouch! This was not pleasant and took the joy out of 'selling the house'. Nice 'broker promises' but agreements are not kept, unavailable by phone, no response to email, days go by. It is stated that the lack of communication works unsettlingly. The laconic reaction to that is a pity. We understand that Paul needs to be away for a long weekend, we do not understand that we then hear for three days 'he's out with appointments and will call you back'. After three weeks, finally the standard contract which is teeming with errors, the costs are (small print) 30% higher than agreed. Three weeks lost and no progress whatsoever and oh yes, Mr Paul is going to Canada for 3 weeks in 4 days. We wish him much enjoyment and reflection. Not how you treat people, Mr Paul. The next broker will be on the doorstep on Monday and everything will simply be on Funda on Saturday. There are therefore really faster brokers in Lelystad. It is a personal experience, you may well be able to encounter this with this broker.
