Not even one star, very bad customer service, when I went to view a house with my children today, the agent saw us standing outside the house, he was also talking to a few other people inside the house. We stood there for a while hoping he would open the door for us, but he just ignored us. We came all the way from Zoetermeer with four children, including a baby, and we had to stand outside the house like beggars. My son knocked on the door twice and then the agent opened the door angrily and said: I'm talking to someone else, yes I see that, he can open the door for us and continue the conversation, Mr. Perfect, and then he keeps saying your children can wait because there is no rain or sun. He doesn't need to teach me when to give my children sun or rain, and I don’t need to come so far to give my children sun and rain. People like that should attend a CUSTOMER SERVICE lesson. I have never encountered such a bad realtor!! Not even worthy of one star! Poor service!! Dirty and poorly insulated house!! Badly finished. False promises about renovating the house, which never happened and is only now being addressed because we are moving out. When there were problems, they weren't listened to. Only when a problem became too severe (leakage) was action taken. We had to sleep with my partner and newborn baby on a mattress in the living room for 6 months because of mice upstairs, and no window could be opened due to safety concerns. (sliding doors without protection gates etc.). And still we weren't understood or helped; I am furious! I didn't want to leave a bad review at first, but sleeping on the floor with your baby for 6 months makes you think differently! Edwin de Boer, please think carefully about what you do to a family. Before you rent out another dilapidated house with false promises, who simply pay the rent every month.

Besides the enormously positive experiences with this realtor who sold our house in no time, we also had a very good experience with the advisor. Obtaining a mortgage went quite wrong with our old advisor, which caused us to lose 2 months of time.
