For consultation, the realtor is always quickly reachable by phone. The things you zelt must arrange (writing offer text, guiding people around) were very manageable for me. Fortunately, I came up with participating in the open houses day myself. Not many people came, but it still helped. With Makelaarsland, you really need to be actively involved yourself and take initiative. But I give the document part of the sale a 10. If you want to do something yourself, it's a good and very affordable option.

One of my most worthless decisions so far! I made six bids within the offer from Makelaarland, but I got absolutely nothing back for it, no success at all! I paid 640 euros, but they don't seem to value good service. Truly worthless! I would say I wasted my money for nothing. I saw no attempt to help me buy a property. They did nothing other than what I would do with my limited market knowledge. Moreover, countless bugs and problems in their application and website affect the product and platform. This is not a reliable real estate agent. You have to wait hours for an answer. When I asked to terminate my contract, they didn't even care!! LOL! I am very disappointed. A very bad experience. Hopefully I only had a remote experience! otherwise we would have lost 2950!

This is the 3rd time I've sold a house through ML and yet unfortunately the price/quality has deteriorated somewhat, I think... also this time I wanted to take the photos myself but it cost quite an effort to incorporate that into the price...also it wasn't completely understood by the measurement/photo company which caused the measurement to be delayed unnecessarily by at least a week...very unfortunate.
