poor communication! answer to the following: that wasn't about that, that hasn't been a problem. Rather the fact that I had to call 3 times to ask if my offer was accepted. Other brokers also thought it was strange to wait 3 days for an answer. We also have another experience where we heard it the next evening already. Most worthless realtor I have ever experienced. Buyers are played against each other by naming amounts and false promises that the house will be granted to you if you increase your bid by a specific amount. AB brokers could better call themselves AZ brokers. You are guided from A to Z. This brokerage has a particularly professional team. They created a very beautiful presentation of our (former) house on Funda and within 3 days there were already more than 70 potential buyers. Within 1 week the house was sold. From the beginning, the guidance and communication have been very professional. In addition, they have an extensive network of business acquaintances where you can ask all questions about your mortgage but also, for example, a renovation or arrange it yourself. In short, they helped us incredibly well and expertly.

In short, empty promises don't fill cavities. We are very dissatisfied with this brokerage. The communication and the way they treated us were not okay. The realtor got angry when you asked him something or wanted more clarity. Most realtors bring flowers or a bottle of drinks for both parties during the key handover but on this day someone came who we hadn't seen before (so he doesn't know us or the property) with empty hands and he wanted to quickly wrap things up, truly scandalous!

Not adhering to the appointment! We came from Amsterdam for a viewing in Lelystad and then stood outside in the cold for 20 minutes. No real estate agent to be seen and unreachable.... Very unprofessional. Just cancel if you can't make it! Expensive trip like that.

A buyer of your house buys your house because it feels good or appeals to them. Of course, it helps if things 'click' during the viewing with the real estate agent, but I think it’s about being lucky here. What does matter is the guidance throughout the entire process. The appointment for a free, non-binding appraisal was quickly made and Elwin quickly put everything online on funda at a market-conform price. Afterwards, the baton was passed to Tamara. This lady is fresh from her training. In one word? WOW! She really steered everything in the right direction, guided/adjusted where possible. Communication flowed smoothly, reachable every hour of the day. Always received very quick answers to my questions. Never thought an extra step was too much. Clearly has knowledge of the current housing market. Tamara, it was truly top-notch. Thanks so much for everything!
