Kam & Bronotte makelaars

Persoonlijk vond ik de dienstverlening van mijn aankoopmakelaar, Kam & Bronotte, teleurstellend. Zo is de makelaar aan wie ik was gekoppeld (Jeffrey) regelmatig niet mee gegaan naar bezichtigingen (of liet zich vervangen door een ander). Jeffrey was bijna altijd druk met anderen. Wellicht had hij geen zin in mij (te lage prijscategorie)? Durfde hij dat misschien niet te zeggen en schoof hij het daarom telkens maar af? Voor de bezichtiging van het huis dat ik uiteindelijk gekocht heb, ben ik de eerste keer alleen gegaan. Bij de tweede keer bekijken kwam er een assistent mee. Het is een leuk huis, alleen naderhand constateer je dat de makelaar niet goed naar een aantal essentiële zaken gekeken heeft. Neem bijvoorbeeld de geiser (slecht onderhoud) en elektriciteit (aardlekschakelaar afwezig). Zo zijn er nog wat kleinere zaken, waarvan ik gehoopt had dat de makelaar mij daar op had gewezen en waarvan ik gedacht had dat de makelaar zijn expertise zou inbrengen. Tevens moet je bij deze makelaar zelf achter de papieren aangaan. Je gaat er namelijk vanuit dat de benodigde informatie van een woning netjes wordt aangeleverd voor je je bod uitbrengt. Nou, dat was dus niet het geval. Ik heb om veel missende documenten moeten vragen.... Je raadt het zeker al: bij de overdracht is er weer iemand anders van Kam & Bronotte bij, ook daar heeft de makelaar geen inbreng gehad, dus die kan net zo goed wegblijven. Achteraf denk ik dat ik het net zo goed zelf had kunnen doen, had me de courtage gescheeld!

We moved into our new-build home more than a year ago thanks to the help of Danny! After previously helping us to buy and resell our first house, Danny and his team proved once again to be there for us! De bezichtigingen werden door een medewerker van het kantoor gedaan die wij nooit gesproken hebben en bij de eerste bezichtiging ook voor het eerst in ons huis was om rond te leiden; m.a.w. niet bepaald goed voorbereid was.

My wife and I had a viewing planned. We were there at the agreed time, but no real estate agent to be seen. Then we are called fifteen minutes later asking where we were, or if we were perhaps standing in front of the wrong property. I had indicated that I was there on time, but that after calling twice, it still wasn't opened and that we just went home. “Were we at the wrong property?” If you’re at the only house on the street with a “For Sale” sign from this real estate agent, I don’t think so. The real estate agent stated that he had seen us driving by, but we didn't see anyone. I indicated that because of all this, I wanted to cancel the viewing, but what really sealed the deal was the subsequent comment that “the interest wouldn’t be there” either. If you as a real estate agent want to sell the property, make sure you are on time and if that doesn't work out, let us know in good time. We also had an appointment half a year ago with one of the employees about the proposed possible sale of our house. We had a good conversation then and he was supposed to let us know about the further course of action the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, he forgot to mention which Tuesday that would be, because meanwhile 8 months later it is still deafeningly quiet on that front.

I found the communication very bad and also they didn’t read up on what was going to happen in the street or make inquiries. I also found the viewing sloppy, indicated that there were 2 cats that weren't allowed outside and windows needed to be closed. Still a cat was locked out and a window was left open. I initially understood that it would be a good real estate agent, but I was very disappointed with that as well. The communication with the person from the agency and towards us was very poor. Only a day after viewers had been present were you called, or late in the evening while you were leaving so that they could look around; then you wait for that one phone call or message that never comes. It's only because I have a camera installed that I could follow everything externally. Or I would only receive an answer if I contacted them myself, and then it was 'oh, completely forgotten' or they wanted to call just like that. Ultimately, I kept my house because I could, but if I had a buyer, it certainly would have been sold, and we would have bought something new. But even the closing was disappointing. I would not recommend this real estate agent to anyone.

The agent in question had linked incorrect floor plans to a property (on which we based our offer). Later corrected but very sloppy. The agent who showed the house barely knew anything about the property, not a good reflection of the real estate profession.

They didn't keep their appointment, nothing more heard from Jeffrey.

We are really happy that we went into business with Kam & Brunotte. We spoke to three brokers and had a click with Zeke right away, super enthusiastic. He was the one who said... 'we let everyone come who is interested' and so two days were also additionally booked. Alternately, employees from the office guided the people to prevent them from slacking off. We weren't home during the viewings but everything was left neatly behind.. compliments to the entire team!!
