For a selling party perhaps fine, but as a buyer you must be very careful, it's indicated that there are multiple bids while this is not the case, so be careful about what you are going to bid for a property and don't immediately believe that there are multiple bids, because this can be requested digitally.

Until the sale, a good experience. During the transfer, it turned out that several promises were not kept by the selling party and the real estate agent. Misled by the prepared advertisement and promises made during the viewings. Now I am left with a leak in two bedrooms, which according to the real estate agent Mellanie were known to the seller and supposedly resolved. This is not the case and they simply point to a structural survey that I did not have done. It takes weeks to get a response on problems.
