Very bad realtor. Only thinks about himself, doesn't keep appointments. Advice: leave this 'realtor' far behind. A lot is promised but not delivered.

Hallo allemaal, Ik wil graag mijn ervaring met Optimaal Makelaars met jullie delen. Allereerst wil ik Optimaal Makelaars (iedere teamlid voor hun aandacht en tijd) hartelijk bedanken. Heel erg bedankt voor elk moment dat jullie voor me hebben vrijgemaakt. Mijn droom van een eigen huis is uitgekomen. Drie jaar geleden begon ik een nieuwe fase in mijn leven door naar Nederland te verhuizen. Ik ben blij en trots dat ik mijn eerste huis heb, mijn eigen plekje, en dat mijn familie me kan bezoeken. De ervaring met de teamleden was en is fantastisch, helder en respectvol. Ik waardeer de hulp die ik heb gekregen enorm. Alles was zeer professioneel. Ik heb me altijd erg welkom gevoeld op kantoor en ik kan eerlijk zeggen dat het niet zomaar een makelaarskantoor is, voor mij persoonlijk is het veel meer. Met alle vertrouwen en oprechtheid beveel ik hun diensten aan! Nogmaals hartelijk bedankt!

Mr. Tollenaar and his colleagues are a top team who got me out of an unpleasant situation and helped me find a beautiful home within 3 months! So to everyone who is doubting, I would say schedule an introductory meeting and you will naturally see that they know exactly what they are talking about.

This company makes appointments and doesn't follow through on them. After sending emails for 4-5 months stating that payment is still due for the services rendered, there is simply no response and the photos are used without responding to their emails. Deeply and deeply sad. This concerns an amount of €820,- excluding VAT and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. So it's not very convenient to react publicly here.

Hello, I am a recent customer of this company and we have worked with them for a year. After we had fulfilled all contractual clauses, we would leave this house. In the contract we had with them, it stated that we had to return the deposit within a maximum of one month. It is true that they only needed to repair two things in this house, but they took more than four months to do so. We had to call them every day to ask where our money was, and they told us the same excuses every day, and that was so frustrating. And all of that after we had to deal with what I think is the boss of whoever we were treating, 'Adrien'. We had once made an appointment with them and the reason was that they wanted to come into our house to take photos (even if we weren't there) because they wanted to sell it. There we saw something surrealistic that I have ever seen: he screamed like a child (we are talking about a man, I don't know, around 80 years old or so) and threw us out. The most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I hope you never work with them.

Hello, I recently had an experience with this company. Last year I rented a house from this 'company'. I could prove that I always adhered to the payment deadlines and that the house looked much better and cleaner when we left than when we arrived. The past month they had no more interest in us and after moving out it took 5 months before they returned our deposit (they had calculated €600 for replacing a window of 50*50 cm and a tile of 10*10 cm). It is also noteworthy that the so-called 'boss' of the 'company' is a very rude and unfriendly man who treats a few men who always behave properly. At first they will be the best, but when it's time to work, they disappear. 0% Professionals 0% Recommended

I know people who have rented a house through this company, and I can say from experience that they are completely unprofessional, do not adhere to the agreements regarding the refund of the deposit, and that the manager, Adrián Tonellar, in particular has terrible customer service and behaves as if he is above everyone. For your own safety, I advise you to look for another real estate agency that is affiliated with Lelystad.

You can define this company in many ways, but I think the most applicable word is one: Professionals.

We commissioned a heat scan of our house from Optimaal. The service was prompt and good. The report was extensive and very informative. With this, we can move forward to make our house more energy-efficient and address 'heat leaks'. Satisfied customer!

Absolutely amazing! A real recommendation! It's really hard to find good, reliable real estate agents in the Netherlands. If you come from another country, it can be EXTREMELY overwhelming with all the new ways of working and the housing shortage. Adriaan, Quinton and their team were absolutely fantastic and it was so reassuring to have a good team on our side!

Please do not conduct business with this company. You are being scammed where you stand. To respond to the reaction of Mr. Tollenaar regarding Nick Sluis, Nick Sluis is not my friend. This just shows that Mr. Tollenaar is not competent and does not do sufficient research before drawing conclusions. A pity this is. It's nice to know that Mr. Tollenaar always tries to get away with things and that it’s not only about our appraisal report. I also seriously wonder if openly displaying this type of personal data, such as the fact that the file is with Incassonet, does not conflict with the law on the protection of personal data and GDPR. Are you actually allowed to do this as a company? Publish personal customer data with the name of the customer on the internet?

Not competent, rude, many errors in the report

It's that 1 star is the minimum. I wouldn't recommend suboptimal brokers even to my worst enemy. Communication is cumbersome, meaning you simply don't get a response, with the flimsy excuse that your message ended up in the spam box. You can submit documents, and the following week they ask for them again because they supposedly didn't receive them. One excuse after another, but no work delivered.
