It started with an exploratory visit to the property, followed by a pleasant introductory meeting with Paul. He painted a realistic picture of the market and the situation surrounding the sale, which turned out to be completely correct afterwards. Because the house was sold while it was rented out, the photo report was somewhat more challenging than usual. Nevertheless, this was excellently resolved: Paul and the photographer were extremely helpful and paid close attention to details to capture the property as well as possible. On-site brainstorming took place to ensure everything was presented representatively in the pictures. After placement on Funda, things went quickly: within a short time there was an open house with multiple interested parties, and a week later a second round followed. We were able to choose from the bids that resulted from this. What also stood out was that the buyers provided some background information about themselves, which made it easier and more trustworthy for us to make a choice. Throughout the entire process, Paul and Patrick kept us well informed. At every viewing, but also during the bidding process, they were professional, clear, and pleasant in their communication. The support in choosing the buyer was valuable and carefully done. The whole process went smoothly and professionally. The office staff were also very helpful with questions about the documents that had to be submitted. As a customer, I felt heard, guided, and fully relieved of obligations. She received us very friendly and professionally, and took the time to explain everything about the property in detail. That gave a warm and familiar feeling. Although the house ultimately wasn't to our taste and we therefore didn't make an offer, we were very happy with the honest and clear information we received. It was pleasant to experience a viewing with such an expert and customer-focused real estate agent.

29 Aug 2025Mr. Dop was not aware of the rules regarding payment of buyer's costs. At his advice, we lowered the price for our house at Harderwold by 80k because, according to Dop, the property would become unsellable including buyer's costs. After the irreversible sale, it turned out that there were no buyer's costs. Due to Dop's incompetence, we lost a large sum of money. He refused any form of responsibility and found it completely justified to maintain his already high commission. Furthermore, I was told by the buyers of our house that they experienced contact with Dop as very unpleasant and unprofessional.

But despite the fact that not all agreements were honoured, and not always the person who was supposed to visit came, there was Stan. Stan perfectly carried out the tours/viewings for us. Stan always leaves everything tidy and calls when he is finished with the viewing to give an update. Stan can be reached at the office, handles the paperwork, received the offer. Stan performed the actual transfer. We were not present at the transfer ourselves; Stan let us know how it went and wished us a good future. Without Stan, the house would not have been sold so quickly and everything would have gone much less smoothly.

Date unknownpoor communication! answer to the following: that wasn't about that, that hasn't been a problem. Rather the fact that I had to call 3 times to ask if my offer was accepted. Other brokers also thought it was strange to wait 3 days for an answer. We also have another experience where we heard it the next evening already. Also strange that we were allowed to view the house ourselves without the broker, I really don't want that in my house.

Buyers are played against each other by naming amounts and false promises that the house will be granted to you if you increase your bid by a specific amount. Even after the closing date of the bids has already passed. In my opinion, illegal practices. The way they treat people, dogs wouldn't eat that bread.
