Bid on property submitted, after three days I called myself to see if anything was known yet, the friendly lady on the phone told me that I would be called back. After a week, we contacted them again, and then we heard that another higher bid had come in after closing time. They didn't even bother to inform us of this. I would really like to know for which bid Schoener 15 26 ultimately went.

At first glance, a company that seems to think along well with you. We had responded to a rental property, and we brought our documents ourselves to the real estate agent to make sure nothing would go wrong. At the front desk, there was a friendly lady who immediately asked for which property it was and when the property would be available, to which we replied that it was vacant, so we could move in right away; it only depends on what the landlord wants. The lady reacted very kindly again, and we left our documents with a good feeling. We called back a week after bringing our documents to inquire how long it would take before we heard something; they told us over the phone that it would be next week because they were very busy. To this day, we have not heard anything, and the property is now listed as rented o.v.b. We do not consider this a fair practice; a response would certainly be appropriate. Even if it was just a reaction saying that they had received our documents and forwarded them to the landlord, who has reviewed our application and decided not to invite us for a viewing. But we have heard absolutely nothing. I definitely would not recommend this real estate agency.

Not hindered at all, forget their appointments or follow-up appointments, never call back and ask for all sorts of paperwork and a business plan that the landlord needs! which they even never send the details about. It's better to go to a more professional service provider.
