Fijne service tijdens mijn zoektocht naar een eigen huisje!!
I had a good experience with them. They are much more ethical and affordable than other competitors in the same segment of furnished temporary housing in the region. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a house in Tilburg.
Very bad experience with HouseHunting – never again! Our experience with HouseHunting was truly disappointing. During the rental period, we encountered all sorts of problems in the property, but help or solutions? They simply didn't come. A few examples: The central heating boiler didn’t work for three months – in winter! The balcony was unsafe and probably illegal. We had significant leaks, damp patches and mold, especially in the bathroom. The walls were partly rotten. Several times we asked for help via their portal, but nothing was ever done about it. We experienced a lot of stress at that time, had to incur extra costs and simply lived very badly. And then the end of the rental: we have been gone for some time now, but we still haven’t heard anything about the refund of our deposit and advance payment for gas/water/electricity. Apparently the final inspection is ‘not yet available’. Seriously? During that final inspection, it was even suggested that we might be responsible for a damaged window frame and cleaning costs. Really ridiculous, especially considering how bad the house was in general. We hope this isn’t serious, because that would really be the last straw. All in all: we are enormously dissatisfied and advise everyone not to enter into an agreement with HouseHunting. Poor communication, no service, and zero responsibility.
Very happy with househunting Tilburg! I heard directly by phone the day after the viewing that I had been chosen. Everything was arranged very quickly and the contact was great. Sergio is a very friendly man and has taken care of everything neatly and put it in order! I would recommend househunting to everyone!
Never trust them!!! Stay away from this office! They don't return your down payment and also bill you with fake invoices! There are many reports about them!
Nothing but praise for Househunting and especially our contact person Rick. He was the selling real estate agent when purchasing our first home. From the very first contact, Rick spent plenty of time answering our questions about the process. Both during the day and in the evening he was available by phone. Do you want to buy or sell your property? Then Househunting is recommended. The service provided and the contact left a pleasant feeling with us as we look back on the purchase! Even now, after the purchase, we can still reach out with questions.
HouseHunting Tilburg is pure oplichting! Ik heb €35 betaald en ze hebben NOOIT op mijn e-mails gereageerd. Hun telefoonnummer is nep – er neemt nooit iemand op. Ze pakken gewoon het geld van mensen en verdwijnen, en maken misbruik van studenten en mensen die wanhopig op zoek zijn naar een woning. Absoluut schandalig! Blijf er ver vandaan!
