I had (with difficulty) a viewing scheduled for Monday midday, for which I had arranged time off work. However, no confirmation email arrived. After 4 days, I emailed asking if my appointment could be confirmed and whether I could see the documents for the property. In response to my email, I was called. Due to an error in their calendar, my viewing could not go ahead, according to them also the reason why the appointment had not yet been confirmed. The first available option was the week after, again midday. Again, time off work was arranged. On Friday, by chance, I saw that the property in question had been sold, and access to the documents had also been denied. Any communication was by email, which unfortunately ended up in my spam folder. Monday morning I called myself, only to be told that the property had indeed been sold and the viewing would not go ahead. I would have preferred to be called about this instead of emailed. Furthermore, I am sorry that due to sloppy work by the real estate agent, the property was sold just before my, by them postponed, viewing. Extra frustrating as a starter in this, still, heated housing market...

Bad and unpleasant experience with this realtor. Delivered no results/potential buyers and simply nothing happened. Switched to another realtor, which he didn't like. Afterwards, he didn’t want to send our photos and documents anymore and was quite difficult and lax! Search further first and have your house sold elsewhere!! (The house was sold a few days later without any effort and posted on funda!)
