Very unprofessional, on 16-11-2023 broker Joost did not keep the appointment and states without any explanation that he no longer has time to present the house

Jammer dat u ons een slechte review geeft, omdat het verhaal anders in elkaar steekt. Het appartement was tijdens de geplande bezichtigingen nog verhuurd, van de eigenaar hadden wij helaas een verkeerde sleutel gekregen waar we achter kwamen op de donderdagochtend dat er 5 bezichtigingen gepland stonden, waaronder die van u. Die moesten toen worden verzet. Dat is gelukt bij 4 van de 5 afspraken. Wij hebben u aangeboden op vrijdag, maandag en zelfs dinsdagochtend de bezichtiging opnieuw te plannen. U kon op geen van die dagen. De biedingsprocedure sloot op dinsdag. Wij vonden het ook vervelend dat u niet meer kon komen, maar hebben u wel de mogelijkheid geboden.

What terrible employees there are on that office. Called 3 times to arrange a viewing but I am never called back. Really pathetic that they can't bring themselves to inform me what’s going on.

There is a house for sale in Zevenbergen with this broker's number. If you call there and ask what the asking price of the house is, you won't get an answer. When we called back after 2 days they got angry! They say they will call us back, but we have been waiting for a week now.....
