Very bad, a lot of hidden defects in our bungalow that we bought 2 years ago. Leak after leak keeps appearing. The highlight is a completely rotten roof on the extension. The previous residents must have known about this. Given that we were not allowed to enter the house after the purchase due to the death of one of the selling parties and it was a very hectic time, and we were already happy that we had become the buyers, there simply wasn't time for a thorough inspection. Find this very regrettable. We have now spent about €25,000 on repairs. That were provisionally repaired by the previous owner.
