My financial advisor reacted very slowly, causing me to almost miss the deadline. Every time we had a phone appointment, he was never punctual. He didn't answer his phone and he didn't let us know in advance that he would be late. Also, for all the requested documents that we sent him, he did not check his email properly and asked us again to resend each document! He is too sloppy and irresponsible. I don't feel respected. I have the feeling that he doesn't take me seriously. So he provides such terrible service. I will never use their service again.

We just bought a house. 9 July we were supposed to receive the key to our house. That ultimately became 11 July because Peter wasn't on time with submitting the items. We enlisted Peter's help because we were first-time home buyers and didn't know how or what. After an oral price agreement, having resubmitted all the documents six times, it was the day of the key transfer that everything wasn't complete. Ultimately, I had to contact the notary every day myself that week about how things stood. Even he knew nothing because there was nothing at their office. Peter was late, late with everything, and it wasn't complete. Ultimately, we managed to arrange everything ourselves that week with the notary, the bank, and the real estate agent. Which brought a lot of stress with it. Because we had arranged everything ourselves, we were still able to receive the key on 9 July. At the notary, we had to settle, including Peter's amount otherwise no key. We asked for an invoice, and the invoice was much higher than agreed. But we had to pay, or else no key... we sent emails about this to continue discussing it with Peter, but received no response.. I advise everyone to have it documented in writing beforehand!!!
