We had planned a viewing a few weeks ago with an employee (a young man with curls). Unfortunately, he made us wait more than 35 minutes at the door, while he was clearly present and could see us standing there. In the end, the viewing itself lasted less than 5 minutes. A pity, because this could have been easily avoided and gave no pleasant impression of the service.

We look back on a very pleasant collaboration with Rick van der Meer. Working with the digital system that Via Paul uses for communication back and forth, uploading files and everything else involved, is, because we live in a different region, very easy, clear and efficient.

I had good contact with real estate agent Paul and his colleagues at the office. A WhatsApp group chat is created in which all involved parties are included, which works very practical. Paul has a lot of good market knowledge. The visuals (photos and video) were very nice. Also, the recording in the sales agreement and the inspection went very well and smoothly.

In the beginning, we received many good promises, most of which were kept. However, not everything that was promised to us was done, and I find that unfortunate. We also pointed this out, and then some things were arranged (too late). They do seem to have listened somewhat, and ultimately everything went well, although we had to make a lot of phone calls and often didn't receive all the information we wanted. It felt as if we had to do their work. Eventually, the property was sold, and after the key transfer, everything was closed off properly. Later in the evening, we received a message from the real estate agent on behalf of the buyer of the apartment, and they strongly sided with (the opposing party), the buyer, while we are the clients. We find it strange that this was concluded like this with us. And that the other side was chosen while we paid them. Due to the missteps they made at the beginning, the information we constantly had to chase after, plus choosing the wrong party at the end, it means I only give them 2 stars, and we find this unfortunate.

We sold our house through realtor Rick from Via Paul. Really a great guy who does everything to make the process a success. He gives his honest opinion and thinks along well in the entire process, exactly what you expect from a realtor. He meticulously fulfills all agreements made and is clear in communication. He knows the market well, which is very pleasant! Rick also had good tips for the purchase of a new home, which helped us with buying a new house too! Still a 4-star rating, as we expected more based on the communication from the back office. We often had to request information ourselves and would have expected a more active approach. The updates often only came when we asked for them, while as a selling party you are of course always in suspense. Room for improvement, but ultimately certainly satisfied with the achieved result and service!

We sold our great house quickly and well. Everything was arranged quickly, appointments were kept, and there was pleasant contact and cooperation. Nothing to complain about.

They were very friendly at first and also when we went to view the property a second time. After we had made an offer, we heard later that day that the bid had been accepted. Then suddenly (after it had been for sale for months without being sold...) it turned out the next day that there was still another buyer who (after my bid was accepted) had placed a higher bid. And so they chose for that buyer. The whole set of norms and values is therefore much less than you expect or are entitled to expect, especially after you have been congratulated on the house. This is not how you do business with people! What they are obliged to present the 'new higher bid' to the seller, as I was told, does not have to happen; this broker simply chooses to do so. I am posting this review because I think everyone should be aware of this! Since no one in my circle knew that this could just happen! And from official bodies it is also indicated that it is primarily an ethical issue... I will still think twice before making a bid for a house that is sold through viapaul!!

Rick van der Meer, the representative of the company, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions very quickly, even outside working hours. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company in general; buying a house through this real estate agency went quickly and easily. However, we did have a lot of luck with Rick, because I felt that his colleague (who was partially involved in our deal) was not as attentive.
