I moved to the Netherlands at the beginning of September and by the end of September Irene Timmerman had helped me find a rental apartment. Irene was very helpful throughout the entire process. She informed me of all the steps I needed to take to find a home. When we found an apartment that I liked, Irene largely coordinated between me and the landlord and helped me understand specific documents. This was very helpful for me, as I do not speak Dutch. And Irene continued to help me, even after my rental contract was signed. She kept answering my questions about utilities, registering the apartment and insurance. We live in Germany and sold our holiday home in North Holland through Irene and her team. The contact with Irene was throughout the entire process very personal and professional.
