On the day itself, the real estate agent, “by accident”, scheduled double viewings at the address. Upon entering, the message was given that there were a lot of candidates registered. The house had no energy label, so the house may not be legally sold. Also not with the explanation that it is somewhere along the way. Upon entering the balcony, a significant damage in the balustrade was immediately noticeable, it was loose and had sunk approximately +/- 30mm on the right side. This damage was not mentioned and not visible in the photos used to advertise on Funda. On the photo on Funda, the left side is visible. This is not worthy of the real estate agent.

Even at a considerable distance from the property, Luca Real Estate knows how to present the property in the right way. The sales process is well guided and neatly concluded.

Don't go into business with Luca! I hired through Luca. The moment money can be made, he’s there like chickens to corn. The moment there are problems, he chooses to look away. There is no moral compass present with Luca. Physical violence within the complex is swept under the rug and statements are made by Luca that aren't even legally permissible in his role. 1 star is still too much.

A week ago, we scheduled a viewing for a property. A day before the viewing (on Sunday) we received an email that it can't go ahead because the seller has accepted an offer. We didn't even get a chance to make an offer, let alone plan an earlier viewing. Extremely bad this.
