Zoals eerder benoemd, Het aankoop proces samen met Isabelle lag de nadruk op geduld. Aantal woningen gezien maar uiteindelijk niet gedaan omdat Isabelle analytisch door het huis ging van goed kijken tot geuren en geluiden. Hierbij beschermde ze mij om foute keuzes te maken en te wachten tot het juiste huis voorbij zou komen. Uiteindelijk na een aantal weken is dit ook gebeurt. Met een goed plan en het juiste bod. Our experience with Vida Makelaars has been frankly disappointing. One star is actually too much for this disgusting realtor! During the first viewing, we were already greeted unfriendly. The realtor made no effort to actually sell the house and seemed completely uninterested in us as potential buyers. This was an extremely unpleasant start. Despite this, it was the house we were looking for, so we decided to make an offer. Initially, the house was promised to us, we were quite happy with the house. To our surprise, however, a little later (on the day of the building inspection) we heard that our offer was not sufficient after all and that another bid had to be made, despite the fact that the house had already been sold to us. As someone in business, I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. There was also no understanding from the realtor. The only thing this unprofessional lady could say was: 'This is allowed, nothing is on paper yet.' No consideration was shown for the fact that this is morally reprehensible and absolutely unprofessional. Ultimately, we did buy the house, at a much higher price, because we really wanted it. (Fortunately, our buying realtor prevented us from making a bid that would have been another 15k higher.) Finally, again the communication with Vida was frankly unpleasant during delivery. We were once again confronted with an unfriendly and grumpy attitude from this lady. We do understand that sometimes it can be difficult to make deals, and that a realtor has to sell a house for a third party and wants to receive the best price (which also didn't succeed) but some empathy and friendliness is at least what you would expect from a realtor in my opinion. We will strongly advise everyone not to do business with this realtor ().

Here is a chronological overview of my experience: • Wednesday: I made an offer and was told that I would hear back on Thursday or Friday. • Friday: I called for an update. No one called back. • Monday: I sent an email. I never received a response. • Tuesday: I called again and was told that the responsible employee was 'very busy' and that I should try contacting them again later. • Wednesday (a week later): I called again and finally reached the employee. He promised to contact the landlord that same day and give me an 'evening' update. However, I never received an email or phone call back.
