Our experience with Vida Makelaars has been frankly disappointing. One star is actually too much for this disgusting realtor! During the first viewing, we were already greeted unfriendly. The realtor made no effort to actually sell the house and seemed completely uninterested in us as potential buyers. This was an extremely unpleasant start. Despite this, it was the house we were looking for, so we decided to make an offer. Initially, the house was promised to us, we were quite happy with the house. To our surprise, however, a little later (on the day of the building inspection) we heard that our offer was not sufficient after all and that another bid had to be made, despite the fact that the house had already been sold to us. As someone in business, I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. There was also no understanding from the realtor. The only thing this unprofessional lady could say was: 'This is allowed, nothing is on paper yet.' No consideration was shown for the fact that this is morally reprehensible and absolutely unprofessional. Ultimately, we did buy the house, at a much higher price, because we really wanted it. (Fortunately, our buying realtor prevented us from making a bid that would have been another 15k higher.) Finally, again the communication with Vida was frankly unpleasant during delivery. We were once again confronted with an unfriendly and grumpy attitude from this lady. We do understand that sometimes it can be difficult to make deals, and that a realtor has to sell a house for a third party and wants to receive the best price (which also didn't succeed) but some empathy and friendliness is at least what you would expect from a realtor in my opinion. We will strongly advise everyone not to do business with this realtor ().

Contact with the ladies of Vida was very good from beginning to end. I like to regularly check in by phone and that went very smoothly. Quick and professional, as it should be!

De dienstverlening was zeer onprofessioneel. De medewerker die de bezichtiging van het te koop staande huis regelde, gaf geen enkele duidelijkheid over de beschikbaarheid van het huis. Er werd gezegd dat het huis 3 maanden tot een jaar beschikbaar zou zijn! Toen ik vroeg wanneer de eigenaar een beslissing kon nemen, zeiden de medewerkers van Vida dat dit minimaal een maand zou duren. Waarom stond het huis in dat geval überhaupt te koop? Desondanks wilde ik een bod uitbrengen, maar binnen twee dagen kreeg ik te horen dat het huis al verkocht was. Erg verdacht en verwarrend.

Very unfriendly owner, I came here to request information for a rental property offered by VIDA Makelaars, because I am young, I was brushed off and didn't feel taken seriously at all. The owner was going to retrieve information for me and would call me back within 1 to 2 days. I never received another phone call. When I came back later and asked, she pretended she had a nosebleed and knew nothing about it, in addition to which I received the comment: You can also call yourself. This is not how I understand appointments and I don't want to be treated like this either.
