If you sell your house through them, you should be aware that they simply let people wander around in your house themselves. We arrived as agreed for a viewing and the real estate agent didn't even come inside! He stayed outside chatting with another potential buyer. The bidding process was very unusual and not transparent, causing you to miss out on potential buyers.
Poor communication and support, the house was left in a bad state, the sign remained up indicating it was for sale, it wasn't indicated as sold until even the date of transfer

Contact with the real estate agent went reasonably well. The real estate agent was late twice for the agreed time, potential buyers had to wait fifteen minutes as a result, which shortened the viewing due to work. Also requested to be present 10 minutes before a viewing because we were on vacation, but unfortunately, this request was not heeded. Otherwise, satisfied.

In the window only sold homes, a pity if you are looking for a home. The sold homes also stay on the market for a very long time.

Weeks waiting for an appraisal. No apologies or feedback about why it has to take so long. It was supposed to be ready after 1 week. Repeated empty promises when inquiring when it would finally be ready. Not customer-friendly.
