!!Let op met Beumer Utrecht en Heimsteden bij de koop van een woning!! Twee jaar geleden een appartement gekocht met verborgen gebreken, de vloeren vertonen slijtage bij normaal gebruik, dit is niet normaal! Heb Beumer Utrecht een aantal weken geleden zowel gemaild als per whatsapp bereikt, maar geen enkel antwoord gekregen. Heimsteden heeft wel gereageerd dat de teamleider zou reageren hier op, nooit een reactie ontvangen…. Schandalig dit en niet professioneel, maar als je hen een app stuurt over de verkoop van een woning reageren ze binnen 1 dag👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Meerdere bewoners klagen hierover en Beumer Utrecht neemt niet eens de moeite om te reageren. Tevens zeer achterstallig ondrhoud bij de VVE waar je binnen 14 dagen 4200 euro mag aftikken.

Beumer charges mandatory administrative fees for creating an account, just to be able to respond to a property listing. It is unethical that searching tenants have to pay simply to have a chance at viewing a property in this tight housing market.

In July 2024, I sold my apartment through Bernadette for a great price. The entire process, from exploratory valuation, energy label application, photos and listing on Funda to viewings and submitting bids, was expertly guided by Bernadette. Super smooth and clear. Office support is also top! Good team at Beumer!

Contact was messy and too much is played with numbers. Definitely not recommended. Update, from 3 to 1 star: Just managed to see the bid log, not all bids are in it. So not transparent!! Definitely avoid and have everything run through email or Move!

Two weeks ago (23.04.2023) I contacted to schedule a viewing on a Friday or Saturday. I was called the next day, informing me that there was no availability on Friday and that the office is closed on weekends, so viewings do not take place. I would be placed on a so-called reserve list. By mistake, I discovered that two weeks later (06.05.2023) an open house is scheduled for the property in question on Saturday (on the weekend, incidentally!). If you are already talking about a reserve list, use it better in the future, act proactively and ensure proper information provision (regarding whether or not viewings are possible on weekends).

Rude behavior towards potential buyers. Not a good representation for a salesperson! Without cancellation or being spoken to, they left us standing at the agreed-upon time in front of a closed door because there was already an offer under negotiation. When trying to contact the real estate agent, no response and also no feedback/apologies. When the negotiation led nowhere, they suddenly tried to involve us again. Scandalous.

De bezichtiging verliep vlot. Maar liefst 14 mensen kwamen die dag het appartement bekijken! Ik heb nooit een reactie ontvangen. Als je niet kunt reageren, waarom nodig je mensen dan überhaupt uit voor een bezichtiging? Ik heb kostbare tijd en een vrije dag van mijn werk verloren. Na twee e-mails heb ik nog steeds geen reactie gekregen.

As a potential buyer, I contacted this real estate agent about a property they were selling, but that was once and never again. Bizarre, what a company, how they think they can deal with people, dogs wouldn't eat that. I would not recommend any seller to go into business with this party, otherwise you are certain that you will be left with a costly mistake!

From telephone operator to executing broker, it was very pleasant to work with and interact with. Beumer Garantiemakelaars has a fun team with lots of knowledge and enthusiastic employees. Our house looked beautiful in the photos, and that partly contributed to our house being sold within 2 months. After each viewing, we were called to hear how it went. As a buyer, I have had contact with this broker. Typical seller with sweet talk, but no understanding of legal matters. Prefers to sweep all negative aspects of a property under the rug and takes no responsibility afterwards. In our opinion, it is clear that this broker does not help the selling party in fulfilling their obligation of proper disclosure. Very bad, and not recommended.

When purchasing my home in Utrecht, I was very well assisted by Bernadette van Beumer of Garantiemakelaars. The market in Utrecht is quite tense at the moment and it was very nice during the house hunt to be able to consult with an experienced and competent real estate agent. Bernadette was always available for advice, even in the evenings or on weekends (even during her vacation!).

Two weeks ago I contacted this real estate agent because we really wanted to rent a house in a new construction project in Utrecht. I was told on the phone that it was already quite difficult to get a house there and that we would have to arrange everything the same day, and if not everything could be arranged in 1 day, they would see what they could do for us. That same day I got as much in order as possible, but certain things like an extract from the Municipal Personal Records Database (GBA) simply don't happen in 1 day. Afterwards, I called them several times (even after I received the extract), but never managed to get through to a real estate agent. I was supposed to receive a callback twice, but that never happened. I went directly to another real estate agent the next day who also had houses in the same new construction project and they immediately put a house under option for me, and we signed yesterday. If it were up to Beumer Garantiemakelaars, I still wouldn't have a house... very disappointing. 1 star.
