I am extremely satisfied with the support during the sale of my apartment in Utrecht. It was a luxuriously finished property in the higher segment, and the real estate agent (Geert) knew exactly how to cater to this. He clearly had a feel for the right target group and strategy, which resulted in an excellent sales result. The entire process went smoothly, quickly and above all transparently. Communication was clear and the real estate agent was always willing to go that extra mile. Moreover, he acted as a knowledgeable sparring partner, even with broader issues surrounding my relocation. His commitment, expertise and involvement really made the difference. I have already recommended him directly to friends and family – and successfully, because they too were very well helped.
