Why did you only contact us after the bid was closed (just seven hours before) and then refused to contact the highest bidder because 'it was too late in the day', and not even the next day because it was your weekend? Why were the square meters and number of rooms incorrectly listed on Funda – twice – and when we tried to fix this disaster ourselves, everything went agonizingly slowly because you were on vacation, while we were under severe stress as we watched everything go wrong? Don't trust this realtor! We had a terrible experience. He made countless promises, but when the sale actually started, he went back on them all. Constant errors: incorrect square meters, wrong number of rooms, weeks of delay in listing on Funda, no communication, especially on bidding day. He even refused to act on an offer we were interested in, simply because he thought it was too low. This led to a lot of stress, frustration and ultimately significant financial loss. We had to fire him and eventually sold the house with a new realtor. We are now happy in our new home. Don't fall for his smooth talk: avoid Arjan! And a warning: many reviews here are older than 4 months. His company didn’t even exist then, which proves that he makes everything up. Be smart. Stay away!
