So we think this is our bid and wait for clarification from the Real Estate Agent regarding the structural aspect. There is complete radio silence and we hear nothing from the Real Estate Agent. After 2 weeks, we eventually call the Real Estate Agent. To our great surprise, the property has been sold. Not to us, however. Apparently, this Real Estate Agent plays potential buyers against each other during his evening phone calls. He blames the selling party because they cannot provide proof. However, the real estate agent invented a story himself. During the clarifying conversation, the Real Estate Agent comes up with another 'special story' and then blames the selling party. Now he is coming up with excuses afterwards for failing to call us. However, he does not apologize for his machinations and untruths.

Our real estate agent never listened to our wishes and we never felt that he supported us during the sale of our house. He just wanted to sell it at any price to get his commission. And to make it worse, he lied to us at least once very harshly. Terrible service and extremely unprofessional!
