The realtor was very rude, didn't show the house. He told me to just go look, while it was our scheduled time, he showed the house to another party. He was impolite at the entrance and demanded that we leave our small work-backpacks at the entrance. Very arrogant when he spoke with my partner while they were asking normal questions about the house. Very disappointed in the experience. I will never do business with them. Worst seller I have ever encountered. Edit: My partner was on time and I was 7 minutes late. She only received a half tour of the house. Until another party arrived 10 min early and the realtor interrupted the tour for my partner to prioritize this party.

Stay away if you don't want to lose a lot of money. We had our house appraised by Mr. Dijkhuizen based on the good reviews. He assessed our house much lower than the houses in the neighborhood were sold for. To my question as to why, his answer was that it was based on the foundation photos of the other houses. Well, we know there's a difference between the staged photos on Funda and what a house looks like in daily life, and as a professional he should know the difference. I invited another realtor who accurately appraised the property, but the price difference was so great that NWWI refused to verify both reports. Although both I and the second realtor agreed to meet in the middle and find a solution that was reasonable for everyone, Mr. Dijkhuizen refused to adjust his report in any way. So I had to pay for a third evaluation, which was similar to the second and ultimately verified. Did Mr. Dijkhuizen return the money for the unverified submission, as the second realtor did? Of course not… Ultimately, the house was sold by another realtor for ten thousands more than his appraisal – and even in this difficult market. So if you are looking for a realtor who protects your interests, look elsewhere.

Dijkhuizen performed an appraisal for me for the mortgage application. On the phone, I was helped very politely and quickly by Patrick and I would have the report within two days. Due to a minor setback that made things a little more difficult, it took one day longer but that certainly wasn't Dijkhuizen's fault. Walter performed the appraisal neatly. He prepares an independent and neat report. The application makes tracking the appraisal very easy and clear. The service and communication are excellent even when things don't go as planned, and all of this for a very competitive rate. Definitely recommendable!

Lack of transparency throughout the entire process and dealing with buyers in a very unethical and unfair manner. They even went so far as to provide false information, confirming deals while negotiating with other potential buyers and still accepting offers after the verbal agreement was closed. When questioned about it, they hide behind legal statements, but business should be more about ethics and trust than using legal frameworks to maximize commissions.

Totally disappointed with the service and quality. I have used my house to sell other houses. After a year still no serious offer, no personal feedback. Total lack of communication, plus the costs charged for that, not usual. The main goal was not to sell our house, but to delay it as much as possible. Seems totally fraudulent. Use a professional and serious agent. Avoid this if possible. Not happy.

13 years ago, we also used this broker to our satisfaction for both buying and selling, so the choice for Dijkhuizen wasn't too difficult when we decided at the end of last year to sell our house. Again, we were excellently guided and supported in all phases of the process. Good service, communication via the online file and short lines for quick consultation. Appointments were kept on time. Our double upper apartment was sold within 17 days!

For the second time I have used the services of Dijkhuizen Makelaars, and again with complete satisfaction. There were 10 years between those two sales, and it was good to experience their expertise again. From the initial consultation, it was a very pleasant conversation and that reflected in the offer as well. Good guidance for preparing the house for sale and, in consultation, very good photos and a video were made. What I found important here was that the photos gave a realistic picture of our house, so that potential buyers would not be 'disappointed' during a viewing. Although there was more than 7 months between issuing the offer and ultimately putting our house on the market, luckily I did not experience any pressure from our real estate agent during that intervening period; very pleasant! Ultimately, the house was put up for sale in early January 2018. It's good to see that Dijkhuizen Makelaars uses social media in addition to placement on Funda to generate interest. The responses quickly started coming in, but because the market still needed to get going at the beginning of January, bids unfortunately remained out. In mid-January, the market really got going and through a private portal you as a customer have good visibility of the scheduled viewings. It was also very neat that almost immediately after each viewing our real estate agent Leon van der Does placed a report in this portal; moreover, the lines were pleasantly short by phone and everything was discussed well. The bidding process on our house suddenly accelerated and thanks to good consultation about the bids with the corresponding conditions, we are more than satisfied with the end result. In consultation, we had already set the asking price somewhat higher at the beginning (given the market) and the result is impressive. Due to the high interest in our house, we were able to get a very good price for our house where both we as sellers, and also the buyer, have a good feeling about it. All in all, therefore, very satisfied; expert, friendly, short communication lines, fast and accurate. I wholeheartedly recommend Dijkhuizen Makelaars.

I've had the impression more than once that the houses were already promised to someone, but still they made appointments to visit them and dragged me there to later tell me that it was sold: my opinion is, although they seem friendly enough, that they are the kind of real estate agents who want to sow ‘panic’ on the market and drive up prices.
