What was also nice: if Erwin couldn't come along once, Sander or Dimitris were ready for us. They brought the same warmth and involvement with them, making us always feel comfortable. Disrespectful, arrogant and very impatient staff employed by Sander van der Togt. It was literally said: fine if you don't buy it, we'll sell it to someone else anyway? They act as if it’s a favour they are granting you when you buy a property from them. Racist also from their perspective, not normal.

A friendly man, but at Van der Tot they can't communicate when it's needed. If you make appointments, you keep them. And they clearly don't do that there.
