Op vrijdagmiddag hadden wij het eerste contact met Maarten en op dinsdag startte de biedingsprocedure. In deze korte periode heeft Maarten veel speurwerk verricht en navraag gedaan. Dankzij zijn inzet en duidelijke adviezen is het in één keer gelukt. Ontzettend bedankt, Maarten!

Fijne ervaring gehad met Dimitris van deze organisatie. Hadden binnen enkele uren iemand nodig die ons meteen kon helpen gezien de doorlooptijd van bezichtiging tot deadline maar (naast het weekend) 1 werkdag was. Uiteindelijk een goed bod neer kunnen leggen met behulp van Dimitris, en de woning kunnen kopen! Enorm tevreden met het hele proces

Hele fijne samenwerking gehad met Maarten! Binnen 2 maanden een woning gevonden. Hij is altijd bereikbaar en denkt met je mee. Kijkt mee met een andere kijk naar de woning als de koper zelf waardoor je geen miskoop neemt. Ik zal van der Togt makelaardij zeker aanraden!

In twee weken tijd en met veel geluk was ons bod geaccepteerd op een woning in Delft, waarna mijn eigen woning meteen de verkoop in ging en eveneens binnen 2 weken was verkocht. Deze snelle aan- en verkoop hadden we niet kunnen doen zonder Maarten. Hij was doordeweeks en in de weekenden bereikbaar, antwoordde snel en dacht mee. We hebben met veel plezier met hem samengewerkt en zijn ontzettend blij dat we bij hem terecht zijn gekomen vanwege zijn professionele en attente houding. Mochten we in de toekomst weer op zoek zijn naar een andere woning in dezelfde regio, dan hopen we wederom met hem in zee te kunnen. Bedankt Maarten!

Due to a good sales method, the sale was successful with very good results. By making further adjustments at home during the sales period, the number of viewings increased sharply.

Disrespectful, arrogant and very impatient staff employed by Sander van der Togt. It was literally said: fine if you don't buy it, we'll sell it to someone else anyway? They act as if it’s a favour they are granting you when you buy a property from them. Racist also from their perspective, not normal.

A friendly man, but at Van der Tot they can't communicate when it's needed. If you make appointments, you keep them. And they clearly don't do that there.
