We hadden achteraf misschien wat verwachtingsmanagement verwacht vanuit Staete. Wij vergeleken het met de huizenmarkt in Den Dungen, welke veel meer oververhit is en daardoor hadden wij meer mensen en biedingen verwacht. Hier heeft Staete n.m.i. wel steken laten vallen. Communicatie per Whatsapp gaat regelmatig stroef, er wordt informatie gedeeld over bezichtigingen die niet juist is, waardoor je zelf meer op je hoede moet zijn.

Het contact met de makelaar is van het begin af aan een fijn en duidelijk contact geweest. Er was een open en duidelijke communicatie op een fijne, betrokken en laagdrempelige manier. Zij waren steeds bereikbaar voor vragen die wij hadden en hebben ons op een fijne manier door het traject heen geleid. Mede dankzij deze manier van omgang hebben wij met een goed gevoel het huis van onze ouders verkocht.

De binnendienst was erg betrokken, de makelaar zelf was nauwelijks zichtbaar. Er was een miscommunicatie wat gevolgen had kunnen hebben voor de verkoopprijs. Zelf alert blijven is essentieel.

Al meerdere keren met Staete gewerkt voor aankoop en verkoop en altijd na tevredenheid. Altijd goed contact, flexibel en ook deze keer weer tevreden met de verkoop.

De makelaar heeft in overleg een goed gemotiveerde verkoopprijs geadviseerd en die prijs is ook behaald. Er is veel zorg uit handen genomen vwb de aankleding/inrichting tbv de verkoop. Heel prettig was de veelvuldige communicatie via move om info te verstrekken over de voortgang. Al met al zeer tevreden!
