Via te pas rents out an apartment rented in the center of Den Bosch. The first impression was immediately not pleasant. They take very little time for viewings and have an attitude of 'if you don't rent it, there are a hundred others'. When we had to move into the apartment on April 1st, it wasn't even ready yet. Several times builders still had to come to our home to complete various tasks. This during office hours while we both work. Not handy, therefore. Also, the network connections were not ready. During our stay in the apartment, there were several defects such as the dishwasher not functioning properly (leakage), extractor fan and even self-assemblers drilling through electrical wiring. After emailing about these defects, there was always a response but literally no one ever came to fix it. At one point, someone also tried to break into the exterior door, which we of course immediately reported to Via te Pas verhuurt. They said they would look into it but we received 0 response on this as well. The damage from the burglary is still visible on the exterior door. After renting for 2 years, we were able to buy our own little house. Time for the handover! We thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment. Of course, there are some signs of wear and tear after 2 years, which is logical. Now Via te Pas is of course sharp and they threaten with exceptional costs such as painters, cleaners etc. conclusion: Via te Pas is a typical rental agent who is not at home when there are defects but when you have to hand over they have a complete list of 'attention points'. Worthless.

Ik raad het af. Voordat het contract werd getekend, zag alles er prima uit, inclusief de aanbetaling. Maar vóór de aankoop van het huis waren er veel onduidelijkheden en bleek de makelaar incompetent/onwetend. Het beleid van het bedrijf is pure geldklopperij (als je geïnteresseerd bent in de aankoop, moet je direct het maximale bedrag opgeven dat je bereid bent te betalen). In de beschrijvingen van de huizen staat alleen vermeld welk percentage van de prijs het makelaarskantoor inhoudt. Dit is belachelijk, want bieden hoort alleen te gebeuren als er meer dan één koper is. Nadat ik van makelaarskantoor was gewisseld, werd alles duidelijk uitgelegd tijdens de eerste afspraak en waren de kosten voor de service zonder aanbetaling en de bijbehorende kosten gehalveerd!

Wij zijn erg tevreden met het gehele proces van begin tot eind. We zijn goed geholpen door Damian. Woning is erg mooi gepresenteerd. Damian was altijd erg flexibel.

Can I not rate this real estate agency? For two weeks now, I have been trying to make an appointment for a viewing of a house in order to possibly make an offer. After multiple contacts, finally an appointment was made, but the appointment is repeatedly rescheduled. I had to follow up myself. Every time I complain, I get a very unfriendly employee on the phone. When I called myself, the house was already sold. In summary, customer service is hopeless and rude. This will not be my future real estate agent who will sell my house.
