Items were missing from the list of goods to be transferred, and we were initially promised a good outcome (so none at all) and later offered a sum of money as compensation (also not received). This realtor has significantly diminished our trust, and we would not recommend them.

Visited the viewing at the hudsonring via Carré De Wit. During the viewing, it was only mentioned that the bids would close on Tuesday. On Tuesday evening I log in to the portal and see that I cannot place a bid. Contacted Carré the very next morning and received the response that something might have gone wrong and the bidding deadline hadn't been sent correctly (or something along those lines). They said they would contact me to place another bid. Later that day called and twice 'hello? hello?' was said and immediately hung up. Further attempts to contact Carré have not occurred despite the promise that they would follow up on it. Nice viewing, but if it is not clearly stated that bidding ends earlier in the day, and subsequent arrangements to rectify this are not kept, you ultimately get little out of the viewing. It was a very beautiful house, and I would have liked to place a bid, but unfortunately.

Otherwise, very unfriendly and no knowledge of the house at all, although he had indicated that he did have this knowledge. Unfortunately, I chose this appraiser. They keep you informed about nothing, and when you email them, you get no response; when you call them, they know nothing and say they'll call you back but they don't. I had agreed that there was urgency, and for this, I had to pay extra. They promised me they would be finished within 1 day, but they were ready 2 days later. When I called them to ask how far along they were with my appraisal, they said it could still take a long time because I hadn't mentioned the urgency. Luckily for them, I record all my calls and everything is recorded. People, please don’t do business with these people, be warned.

After several phone calls and no response, we received a confirmation on the day itself after having called again. We then started renovating and the bank requested an appraisal report with an estimate after the renovation itself, in which they stated that the assessor could reopen and supplement the already prepared report. Contact was sought again, but again we were repeatedly not called back despite promises. Eventually, it was agreed that they would ‘retrieve’ the report and only take some additional photos. An additional amount was set for this. Well, that appointment was made almost three months ago and since then we have received no response. We are not called back and pp sms’jes, whatsappen and emails are ignored. Very unprofessional and customer unfriendly. We certainly do not recommend Carré (Langstraat taxateurs) as an assessor. It's a pity that we now also have to share this experience, as contact seems impossible. Keep appointments and promises.
