I didn't have a pleasant experience with this agency, little personal attention, the focus was elsewhere on selling other homes, which meant communication took a long time. On Funda, the property was listed under 'recreation park' instead of 'houses'. Poor photographer. During Sinterklaas, inappropriate black Pete icons were placed on the house.

Multiple times I made telephone contact with this office in Waalwijk. Each time I was told that a call would be returned regarding my questions about certain properties, but unfortunately without success. Very poor communication and unprofessional.

Bad experience, based on my ethnicity I was not taken seriously. Kept on the line for weeks. Advise everyone with a different ethnicity to avoid it, a waste of your time and energy!!

We have just been on a viewing in Waalwijk. Real estate agent Martijn was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. What we also really appreciate is that van der Zande does not take photos with a wide-angle lens. As a result, the sizes of the rooms in the photos look much more like reality.

Last Saturday in Drunen (Laan van Australië) we had a viewing, arrived neatly on time at 09:25 but couldn't enter until 09:45. Had a quick tour and around 10 am the gentleman had to go to Waalwijk for another appointment and we had to leave. You can safely call me an expert by experience with Van de Zande Makelaardij; we have been excellently helped by both Sabina and Martijn since 2012 through 3 moves. We purchased 3 homes from them, and they also sold our home twice. Sabina and Martijn know what they are selling and are well acquainted with the local market. They are HONEST. They give a realistic sales advice (strategy and price) and transparently indicate pluses and minuses if you want them to sell your house. This approach even caused our house not to be listed on Funda last time: it was already sold in advance! If you buy a home, you will find the same realistic attitude, and certainly also enthusiasm about the property they are selling. We have also viewed other homes with other real estate agents and that went poorly(er). I have never been able to catch Martijn and Sabina making things up or concealing points of attention. Even if a house has drawbacks, the honest story creates trust, and from trust usually a good cont(r)act comes into being. For us more than 10 years! Finally, I would like to mention that after the verbal agreement, a purchase contract is drawn up quickly and adequately; the employees of Van de Zande are punctual and professional. An agreement was reached and the deed of sale was signed within 48 hours!
