Wij zijn super tevreden over Lambers & Verheul Makelaars! De communicatie was altijd duidelijk en snel, wat voor veel vertrouwen zorgde. Daarnaast was de snelheid van handelen echt top. Alles werd vlot opgepakt. Wat we vooral hebben gewaardeerd is de betrokkenheid en persoonlijke begeleiding tijdens het hele proces. Echt een aanrader!
De verkoop van de woning ging vrij snel, vragen werden snel door Bas beantwoord. Kort samengevat zijn wij tevreden.
Contact met makelaar verliep zeer prettig. Goed overleg over verloop verkoop woning. Deskundig advies. Goede uitleg over gebruiksmogelijkheden Funda.

It is a top real estate agent. He is knowledgeable and our house was sold well. Only a small thing when it was sold we had to wait quite long for the sold sticker on the board but oh well if that's all.

That's why we've chosen to place a 'sold' sticker only after all possible dissolving conditions have expired ;). In the meantime, we can still place interested parties on the so-called reserve list, in case there would still be a snag in the cable!! This realtor still hasn't called me back after more than a week, as he promised to schedule a viewing appointment. What turns out later? The asking price of the property has changed to bidding starting from the original asking price. Apparently, there was very high interest in the house, which is why this realtor decided to increase the asking price.
We always call back. However, often people are not reachable themselves. In the current market where homes are sold very quickly, as a buyer you will also need to remain reachable or call back yourself if you think you are not being called back quickly enough. Real estate agents are very busy and cannot always call back within 1 minute. However, if people don't get their way these days, they express their dissatisfaction anonymously through reviews like this. Not very sporty! Team Witte & Verheul Makelaars.
Mr. Verheul helped us tremendously! We didn't have him as our real estate agent, but he was the agent for the selling party. Viewings etc. went smoothly. I contacted him several times afterwards with some questions and received quick and clear assistance. During the sale, everything went quickly, after which there was a conflict with the former residents. He even assisted us here where he could.
