Very bad experience with Bart jan Geleijns, arrogance to the top, doesn't call back, after the second request he calls back, then comes over, as if I should be happy for a viewing, while the property has been for sale for three years and also almost 200k too high was put in the market by him, Then he again misses an appointment for the viewing, employee must at his behest, cancel the viewing a few hours beforehand. Doesn't take into account that people are free to do so there. When I said that to him, he ignored it, no message to (arrogant) And the elderly lady owner there also stressed about it, but apparently doesn’t care about that. No wonder the property has been for sale for three years. So no empathy. Then Nick takes over the sale who gets from us 10 stars, quickly responds and switches Korrete man who put a lot of time into the tour, always calls back very quickly, also in the evening, weekend, and during his vacation, I said watch out for yourself a bit, there is more than just working, turn off that cell phone on your vacation, one word he is top. Nick is just like CASA NOSTRA IN BUDEL, who sold our house quickly too, and nothing too much. Ps Bart jan called me with all kinds of Klets stories why he isn't coming, excuses, I answered when I am at the agreed time at the property with or without you, his answer was that can’t be 👎🏿 I said you should pay attention to whether that is possible. As said so done went to property and had a good conversation with the owner, who by the way wasn't happy either, that he let it be canceled a few hours beforehand that he isn’t coming. Ultimately glad that I didn’t see Bart jan, because due to his attitude I wouldn’t have bought the property, but purely through the many conversations with the owner we dared to buy back the property AND NEVER AGAIN ANYTHING HEARD NO EXCUSES, SHOULD ACTUALLY REQUEST COMPENSATION, MADE COSTS 2X SNIPPERDAG RECORD

I have contacted Yael from Dwars real estate regarding a commercial building in Nederweert. After negotiations with the landlord, I indicated that I wanted to check with the municipality whether I was allowed to perform my work at that location. This turned out not to be the case. It is strange that Yael did not warn me about this initially, as he should be well aware of the zoning plan. However, the municipality stated that I could submit a request for an exception to be granted at this location with regard to my activities. It took 2 months before I received an answer from the municipality. During that time, I heard nothing from Yael. There was no inquiry about the status, no proposal for possibly another building, absolutely nothing. Ultimately, on August 28th, I heard from the municipality that there was a definitive 'no' regarding my request. Disappointing, but I tried to convey this to Yael immediately. However, he did not pick up, nor was there a response to the voicemail I left. Consequently, I called the office the next day. The receptionist seemed very uninterested. Even when I indicated that I still had interest in another building rented out by Dwars, I was told that they would pass it on to Yael, but he was off that afternoon. Remarkably, it wasn't immediately transferred to another real estate agent within Dwars, but okay. After still hearing nothing the Wednesday after (in the meantime 5 days have passed, of which 3 working days), I decided to email owner Maarten van Laer, in which I expressed my complaint. This email was quickly forwarded to Yael as he called me back within a few hours. During this conversation, he put on his penitent's garb, according to Yael. Well, apologies accepted. Furthermore, he promised to revisit the other building that I had in mind. The next day (August 29th), I was again called by Yael with the news that the owner of the building was interested and came back very quickly on this. Owner Maarten van Laer also called me. He stated that he was happy with my email and that he would investigate what went wrong in this matter. He promised to get back to me within a week. Meanwhile, it is now Monday, September 16th. I have heard nothing more from either of the gentlemen. Nothing from Yael about the building. And nothing from Maarten about the so-called investigation. Unbelievable but true. It should be clear that I am very disappointed in the way of doing business at Dwars real estate.

Unfortunately, we have had bad experiences with Hermans Makelaars !! It seemed very unprofessional to us, poor / unfriendly communication, and the administration is completely lacking, for example having us sign documents with the details on them of another client!!!

About 5 years ago, we took out a mortgage through Mr. Smolenaers. A few months ago, I received an unsolicited WhatsApp message with advertising asking if we wanted to make our home more sustainable (a generic message that was probably sent to hundreds of people). Today, I suddenly receive a message from our bank that Smolenaers wants access to our mortgage data. I find this, to put it mildly, a strange way of working and experience it as bothersome and intrusive.
