Usually, real estate agents do not spend much time with you, show you the property (primarily via their laptop) and you are gone within 10 minutes. This agent, however, took 40 minutes to thoroughly explain each detail of the house, showed us every room and space, and discussed the quality of the materials used. He even pointed out aspects that were missing or could be improved. Their exceptional support via email and phone provided transparent and accurate information throughout the process.
