If you come from abroad, it can sometimes be difficult to navigate the culture of the housing market, especially during a housing crisis. He handled the communication and was present until the key handover. My advice for newcomers: you need a lot of help to navigate the market. You can actively search on Funda yourself, but otherwise you need an expert.
